Tonight's game can be seen on PIX11 here in NY.

RHP - Masahiro Tanaka, (4-1 2.48 ERA)

VS.

RHP - Tom Koehler, (4-4 4.00 ERA)

Unless Girardi gives either Headley or Teixeira a day off, we'll probably only see A-Rod in a pinch hitting role during this 2 game set in Florida.

...I was gonna say that if one of the Miami starters is a lefty, I'd consider putting Arod at 3B...but they're both RHers.

Yeah I saw that. That should be interesting going against the guy he was traded for.

Nathan Eovaldi = 5-1 with a 4.13 ERA

David Phelps = 3-3 with a 4.11 ERA

Be prepared to hear ALL ABOUT "pitching".

I'll take Cone over Litter 7 days a week....Cone regularly recognizes other aspects of the game including hitting and fielding ... Al Litter was a klutz who can only pitch.
 
Tanaka pitching - one of my many "big games" in certain situations.

Here's a Marlins team floundering around in 13th place in scoring IN THE NL,
- I will be very disappointed if Tank doesn't doesn't give the Yanks a GOOD game.

Tanaka not looking good tonight at all, so far 2 hits every inning through 3 & blg please, Cone? the guys right up there with Sterling as far as stupidity goes.

I see a danger sign....Yanks offense getting that stagnant look.....not very many runs recently against a few SP who won't be getting a handful of Cy Young votes between them.

One run in seven innings off a mediocrity.

That's what usually happens with homer reliant teams with a lot of mediocre batting averages.
