The irony is that Drew is going to hit lights out over the remaining 30 games and raise his average to 230 with 23 HR and 55 RBI's. And we are all going to rave about his defense. Baseball is funny that way.

Unlike the hypocrite Michael Kay who's all of a sudden singing Drews praises, I don't care if he hits 400 the rest of the way, I don't want to see him back in pinstripes next season. Again I'm glad he's FINALLY contributing (its about fucking time) but I still want to see one of the kids get a chance next year.

Drew right now is just playing for a job next season & I'm sure someone will give him one, I just hope its not the Yankees.

Again, I'm happy that he's contributing, at this stage of the game I'll take it where ever it comes from.
 
Being the "most hated man in the Bronx" must have put some boogie in Drews game. Sooner gone the better though.

I guess that Bailey forgot from his Red Sox Days there are never enough runs at Fenway. Gas can hell, that man is JP4!!!!!!!!!!!
