Montgomery vs. Gray

Lineups to follow...

To stop the negative snowballing, it will always begin with strong pitching. Does a rookie get the team
back on the right track? We shall see.

Gardner -LF
Hicks -CF
Judge -RF
Castro -2B
Sanchez -DH
Gregorious -SS
Headley -3B
Carter -1B
Romine -C

Will Phils blow their one run lead in the top of 9th inning? and let the Bobosox sweep them?

As for the Yankees, they need to support JMo with runs. Yankees tried yesterday but
Pinhead showed how inconsistent he is! A sound pitcher would have won the game.

The Phillies just beat Sale and the Bostons 1-0. Baltimore also lost today. So far this season I've seen Jmo throw strikes and stay ahead in the count.. Hope the offense does not disgrace itef as it has in the past two games.

Top 1, Bases Juiced , 2 out, and the Yankees send that old oriental hitter No Can Do to the plate, end result, failure.

Yankee offense continues to leave bases loaded and not score any runs. They let Sonny Gray off the hook.
Not a good beginning.

And in a blink of an eye, Lowrie deposits HR to give lowly A's a 1-0 lead.

Carter strikes again, another no can do. Austin and Bird, get them back up, then DFA Carter!

With 2 outs, A's get clutch hit to add to their lead, now it is 3-0. Plain & simple Yankees
are not getting the big hit. From abundant, clutch offense to meager, fruitless attack.
It can happen so quickly!

I am so sick of harping on Carter's lack of contribution both at the plate and in the field.............it's as if
the Yankees have no other choice. What will it take to get Bird & Austin back? I have no patience for
Cashman's choice. He looks so lost that he needs to be DFA'd!

Losing to Houston is one thing, but to lose to the A's is tough to swallow! :protest:

Both teams have 4 hits.................Yankees 0 A's 3.

No Can Do Carter strikes for the second at bat. Dumb fuck has a 0-3 count and still can't get the job done. Damn it Cashman get on that one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Carter continues to choke. ..........with the bat on his shoulder. Joe get him out of the lineup.
And Cashman, get him off the team. Enough already!!!!!!! This guy is the sore that grows hair and it
is getting bigger and bigger. Someone needs to put a pin to the sore! Anyone with guts?

6th inning, game tied, 2 on, 2 out, Romine & Gardner fail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Come on "O" wake up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not a terrible line by Jmo but his offense stranded nine runners up through the 6th. Got better support form his cup than his team mates!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Betances: that guy couldn't close a fucking door. He and Clippard totally fucked up the end of this game. Yankees looking like a bunch of rrudipoos on this West Coast Trip!

Top Nine Crter fails again with two on. He may have a homer this game but he's stranded six base runners. Top4 Yankee hitters 4/19 with 7 strikeouts, that don't get the job done.

Gallegos 1 strike away from a win and gives up the tie run. The Yankees pen is well stocked with choke artists.

Offense failed to many times this evening. Judge was on the verge of striking out 4 times when he got that walk to load the bases. From there it turned out to be another chokejob with the Yankees could only score1 run. Carter was the prime hitting fuckup stranding 6, they have to get rid of that man. Once again we saw that Girardi can not trust his pen. if they weren't fucking up they were comin close. These are teams the Yankees should feast on, instead they are getting their ass kicked because of poor performance within the ranks. The Yankees are no 4-6 against Western Division Teams Houston excepted all with losing records. Anaheim took 2/3 but I could not help but notice tonight Kansas City came in their and kicked Angel butt.

...with Yanx announcing yesterday that Greg Bird will now be shut down once again (with a leg problem this time) the Yanx need to think about Holliday at 1B or go outside the organization to acquire a 1Bman...I'm beginning to fear that we may never see Bird as our regular 1Bman,
