Pasta, I really do not give two hoots about Girardi.
Everbody gets that you want the guy gone.
But look at the players. Maybe you want their blood
to get them going. The team has let too many
opportunities pass them by. Maybe Girardi should
take out a whip and beat them into winning!
When you say,"...they play down to the level of the
team they are playing....." is utter nonsense. They
cannot play to level of the Torontos, Texas', Houstons.
Let's face it. They are having trouble against
everyone........especially in August into September.
They have literally flatlined and could possibly miss
the playoffs again. Fault lies on the players Cashman
felt could get them to the playoffs. And what about
the GM who masterminded this Yankee team?
Enough already.

shakehead! what was/is your experience in this game, did you play it, and at what level, cause it seems to me after years of this nonsense with "everybody" as you state, that the biggest problem on here, and why i always seem to be the minority is because of it. an i absolutely mean no disrespect to anyone, but give me a fookin brake already!

Jesus do you really just go there again with that pathetic played the game card?

did hal hank or cashman play this game??? and shame on pena as well, he gets no pass from me!

The only thing that gets no pass is your penchant for making idiotic statements which I'm pretty sure you do on purpose at this point.

mess , with all due respect, the name callin isn't necessary, and knock it off with the taking things out of context, stick to the subject! and as far as blaming it all on girardi, thats BS too

I'm sorry but it's quite silly to

I didn't name call. I just said the statement was idiotic. The problem is your basis for everything is that the front office and ownership should be accountable for anything because they don't care but everything is Girardi's fault. There's nothing to discuss with silliness like that.

lets get this straight, the job of the GM is to present to ownership what the team needs, what it has in the minors, and what players are out there, and how much are we willing to go to get what's out there, are we on the same page?

The job of the general manager is to put the best product possible on the field. Unless you know for certain that ownership put some kind of budget restriction on Cashman or restricted any movement at the deadline there's reason to make that argument. Somebody failed in that regard and should accountable.

the GM 's job is too attract the best players to come play in their house, but if you don't have the general on the field making the right decisions with those players, then what studs will come here to play with the best chance of winning it all NOW? what more do i have to say, what big names have come here lately?

What the hell are you even talking about? Lets see. Brian McCann....Carlos Beltran....Jacoby Ellsbury. I mean are you friggin kidding with that attempt?

No, were not on the same page, NOT even reading the same book, ....

Big Names, are you effing kidding me, take a look at the Roster, and tell Me please, where the fk, can another replacement play and for HOW MUCH? How much $$$ have the Yanx already spent in vain????

so lets up the payroll to 4 Million$$$???? Much like the Bums anti-Christ Ownership, and carry 11- 2nd basemen, trade 2, and still have 9- 2nd basemen on the payroll, in both the big club and AAA.......
