Checked out River Avenue Blues, lots of good stuff over there about Jorges Day and the Yankees finally getting a win when the honor one of there own. I've been fortunate to see Berra, Howard, Munson, and Jorge all play and excel for the Yankees, winners all. Yankees fans aren't spoiled, we've just been fortunate enough to see some quality ball players and teams in our time and anything less than excellence just doesn't go right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just looking out, BTW: The Posada ceremonies were done very well but I still think a plaque would have been enough. The retired #s are getting way out of hand.

Anaheim is a dead duck of a Team........I think Sciosca has ran out of rope, at least I hope so, tho' Arte Moreno must not think so, I hear no rumblings in southern Cal other than sonic booms........
