Unlike games 1 & 2, the odds today are o Cleveland. Green as opener will probably end result in an early lead for Cleveland. Bieber seems to have done well for his team this year so I'd imagine today to be a tough assignment. At least Boner looks like ha put a lineup that can produce, a necessary quality given the state of the staff. In addition we'd best hope for a Boston win today just in case. Note to Gardner, instead of throwing your helmet start hitting the God Damn ball. 1-4 against two weaker teams, that is just putrid.

Here we go again......new season.....the same “yo-yo” pitching call ups. Today, we have live from
Scranton PA Stephen Tarpley. He’ll probably be another ‘opener’ for Boner & Sons. Starters in this
organization are rare & infrequent.

In last 6 games the Yankees are 1 - 5 and with Rays’ loss last night to the Red Sux, team is tied for
first place with 39 - 24 records. Sux are 6 behind.
Yes, it’s a new day............and no Morales in the lineup! That’s progress.

Yanx have lost 2 Series in a row, a 1st this year.

The only thing Gardner hit was himself ... Doh-
5 stitches... wonder he didn't KO Himself..

Win one for the Gipper if not yerselves...

Vanderbilt Freshman SP Kumar Rocker threw a 131 pitch CG Shutout with 19 K's yesterday vs Duke.

No MLB SP has struck out more than 17 in a in SHO...

5 straight hits with RISP .......that is LeMahieu’s strength. This type hitting has
been missing for years.

Anyone else here someone in the crowd say throw the fucking ball when Hicks stepped out of the box???
:biglaugh:
It was clear as day...LMAO

Voit gets my vote, RBI double scores 2 more runners, Yankees 5 Indians 0. But it’s
only the second inning.

Green pitching 2nd inning & he’s in big trouble with 2 outs.....BaBoone chewing his wad as he watches
Green. Gets out of jam with a K. It’s damn luck they did not score. Yes, it is game of inches.

Yankee Doodles Ponys strikes Green with a lucky horse shoe. That could have been ugly!!!!!!!!!!!!

5 straight hits with RISP .......that is LeMahieu’s MO!

I'd say LMHU is undoubtedly the MVP of this Team, Gio right behind him.

LMHU B'Avg with RISP: .491

Here's the All Time Leaders Batting Averages w/RISP:

1930/NYG* Freddie Lindstrom 0.483/1.139

1980/KCR* George Brett 0.469/1.358

1997/SDP* Tony Gwynn 0.459/1.249

2013/STL Allen Craig 0.454/1.138

2001/SEA Ichiro Suzuki 0.445/1.046

1936/CHW Rip Radcliff 0.440/1.091

1930/PHA* Al Simmons 0.435/1.2

Mattingly's best was .400

This RISP Stat wasn't created until 1980.
No clue what Ruth/Gehrig/DiMaggio/ or Ted Williams had

Go figure, Games 1 & 2 Yankees fail against rookies , game 3 they smoke Bieber then get nothing off of former Yankees Cole & Goody who were pretty much behind all hitters!
