Sabathia vs. Miranda

Lineups to follow...

Line is on the Yankees today. The Indians kicked Sales butt good yesterday keeping the division race stalled. And in light of yesterdays events we'll hope Biggie can get out there and pitch deep into this game.

One can only hope when it comes to Biggie we never know.

There's nothing they can do about what transpired yesterday. It happened and now everyone waits for MLB to weigh in. Thankfully everyone lost yesterday so the top WC lead didn't change nor did the division.

Sounds like we may be getting both castro and bird back for tonight. Both homered in their last rehab game yesterday Bird's 3rd on his rehab stint

And while the Yankees draw Seattle, the Red Sox draw the Orioles. Not exactly ace number one boon coon buddies in that group. especially with Machado swinging a hot bat. Could be very interesting up there in Bean Town this weekend.

^^^yeah, the O's and Sox have somewhat of a "history" of their own this year...watch out for some fireworks.

...I'm guessing maybe Tuesday for Bird...counting tonight, 3 of their next 4 games are vs LHed pitching with the last one being Kluber on Monday.

Gardner -LF
Hicks -CF
Sanchez -C
Judge -RF
Gregorious -SS
Castro -2B
Austin -DH
Headley -1B
Frazier -3B

Watching Team Correspondents making their reports on MLB Network I noted a lack of confidence from the man covering the Mariners. In stating that the Mariners Offense had to bolster a sub -par staff, he also mentioned that Cano will not appear in tonights game. Sweeny Murti did say Castro will be in the lineup. Good to see those people coming back, it will make up for some of the folks about not to be in the lineup.

...think I read that Cano's hammy is barking.

I think you hit it on the head. In fact girardi mentioned the lefty pitchers to a reporter asking about bird

...just saw that...Sanchez will appeal his with hopes of getting it reduced, but like you, I don't get the Romine suspension...I thought maybe he'd get fined at the very most.

We'll see who serves starting tonight out of Sanchez and Romine and who appeals. I hope Sanchez gets the 4 games done now and then romine so Sanchez is available for upcoming Cleveland and Red Sox series

At most Sanchez I think might get 1 game back maybe but him running around suckerpunching people I think makes that tough. If he appeals he runs the chance they decide right before the Red Sox series which would suck.

Actually outside of romine being at least a game too much baseball did a good job with the suspensions. As for the fines if they don't affect games who gives a shit. And even though they probably won't announce it I would have liked to know if that POS HP ump got suspended at all

Note to Sports Networks: the brawl ended last night, suspensions & fines are coming down, now put a lid on it!!!!!!!!!

Ha ha ha. Cabrera now crying that judge punched him in the throats during brawl. What a baby. And I suspect if that happened Cabrera would have been knocked on his ass from the 6'7 282 lb gentle giant

Sanchez got four games and Romine two games. Cabrera gets seven games.

Just saw one of the fight replays from a different angle on channel 11 and damned if it doesn't show judge dragging Cabrera fat ass out of a pile and while on the ground got him with a good shot to the throt. Way to go judgy boy. Good thing Torre was divvying out the punishment. LOL

I can't believe that Hicks & Sanchez failed with the bases juiced and the Yankees at not solving this Seattle Pitcher in their own yard.
