I don't really like seeing Post articles written so early about how the Yankees should cruise to the AL East title. That being said lets keep the ball rolling today.

I agree because NOBODY picked the Yankees to even make a wild card & I kind of liked the under dog status. I'd rather just hear from the so called experts that the team is over-achieving.

It doesn't take an expert to state this team is overachieving. But I am quite happy that my predictions for Gardner are working out.

ARod getting the day off, Beltran DHing.

This team is NOT over achieving....only in yours, and a few other people's minds.
As long as the usual suspects (as I have said numerous times) get their ABs, the team will score considerably more runs than last year when they won 84 games with a horrid offense.....and (as I've also said numerous times), the pitching should be "good enough".

Long way to go....ALSO for the other teams. Lol
Try and pay attention....I'm providing free lessons in Baseball 101.

You're going to soon be provided with getting your posts deleted if you continue your nonsense. I've about had it with every thread becoming your own personal agenda. This will be the final time I'm going to say it.

A 4 game sweep would be nice but I'm not greedy so I'll settle for 3 out of 4.

...^^^thanx Mess.

Resigning Young was one of the few good decisions Cashman made.

Whitley's got the gopher pitch going..........so far 2 with
no body on base......now it's 3 gophers, this one with a man
on. He is a minor league pitcher. Chalk this game as a loss.
Whitley is a sacrificial lamb.

Putting Drew in lineup against lefty Chen is comical......
Chen mowing 'em down. Ellsbury and Gardner, Yankees'
two hottest hitters, are hitless.

Chen is on.

5-0 now as Whitley is getting knocked around. Unfortunately it looks like back to the bullpen soon.

Maybe they can score a few more and make it interesting.

NOTE: Only the Colorado Rockies have less QS than the Yankees. And add another one today. This cannot continue.

just in case clarification was needed....

Yankees let Delmon Young pee in their coffee again today. Need to be giving this guy some chin music.

way to look that one into the catcher mitt Drew.

Not too upset about this one. Go get tomorrow's game and three out of four is just fine.
