Houston with a 1.5 game lead for HFA. 5 games remain with Seattle and the Angels. Yankees with 4 to play 1 at Tampa 3 at Texas. On that one might call Houston odd on winner of HFA. Boners comment after last nights loss was that it was September Baseball with Yankee offense being quieted by Tampa match ups. He'll probably shoot that line of shit if the Yankees fail in October. Line is on Tampa the pitching matchup tells that story.

I can't imagine being in a position to make a Huge huge decision.
It'd be easy for me to sit here and say, "the Yankees, I'm signing now".
Heading to a University is a life after MLB security blanket.

But, then again, I've always said if I ever had the dream of signing for the Yanx, I'd do so without a 2nd thought.

It is hard to believe the lowest payroll baseball team has remained competitive.

TB Payroll $63 Million
A's are the 6th lowest Payroll at $93 Million.

Both fighting for the Wild Card.
With 94 wins they would both be the third best teams in the National League.

It was great to see Harper and the Phillies eliminated (yesterday) from the playoffs by his homeboys in DC.
 
A championship Team would have come in to Tampa knowing what they had to do and tak care of business. This group has scored 1 run in 14 innings and is being no hit through five.

All the talk of 100 games doesn't mean shit. The '02 through '04 Teams did that and look where they wound up.
 
Home field advantage is imperative this year.

Yankees are 4-10 in Houston since 2017.

Never 4get the 2017 ALCS.
Both Teams won Only at Home.
