Good looking lineup that should produce. Looks like the pitching match for the Boston Toronto game favors the Blue Jays.

OMG! I love chicken fried steak with country gravy.

Our good buddy Joey Bats just got a 3 run home run and took the lead over The Pink Hatters 3-0.

Lillie, I may be late with this but good to have .
Start with a cube steak which is a top round or sirloin about 4 oz to 6oz each. Tenderize with a meat mallet or electric tenderizer. Season each steak with salt and black ground pepper.Put aside. In 2 shallow dishes, Place one cup of flour & season with black pepper in one and in the other whisk two eggs. Dredge each steak in the flour then dip in the egg dish and then back to flour dish. Place coated steaks on a rack. Place an 1/8 cup of Crisco in heavy frying pan
and cook each steak 3 to 4 minutes each side. Place steaks on paper towels to drain. Add 2 tblspns of dredging flour to oil in pan. Cook for one minute scraping up brown bits from the skillet. Gradually whisk in one cup of milk.
Wisk for 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat until gravy becomes bubbly. Lower heat but keep stirring as you add salt & 1/2 tsp of pepper. Should make a nice smooth gravy. Put over the steak and if you make mashed potatoes gravy tastes good on the mashed.

Now, I'm hungry. I am going to make this for Sunday nite feast. Lillie, I am sure you made a
great dinner.

Offense needs to realize their in a game and score some runs for Sevy. That game in Boston could be a long night.

Estrada sucks eggs. He looked like an amateur in batting practice!

No Cage you are not too late. I'm going to cook it tonight as the Yankees continue to lose and the Pink Hatters are winning.

Hechavarria, same little munchkin who hit the Game Wining bomb against Gray at Citi-Field. Come on gang wake up!
