...difference in the game, aside from the obvious score, the Yanx have struck out 11 times...the Sox, 3 times.

this is how I preface my feelings about this Yankee season and we are
only in the first week. Not looking good at all.
And its a shame this kid Warren is going to get the loss, giving up only 1 earned run in 5 1/3rd
Yes Rick, and we can/should(?) look upon Warren as an early season positive sign with reasonable hopes and ectpectationsn he can improve and become a valuable asset to the SP as a #5'SP.
Sadly as was proven today a pitcher is only as good as the offense that supports him.
...lol..."pragmatic"?...uhhh, OK....the "kooky" part I get.
...as far as not providing "predictions", I seem to remember "92 wins".
...what cheap shots?...what words did I put in your mouth?
...it's all factual and you know it..and I didn't question anything...I quoted you directly, and you know it. Here's what you said; "I said approx 90 wins which means it could also be a couple LESS or more wins."...your exact words....would you like the link?
...and "petty"?...hardly.
The Yankees will be lucky if they finish at 500 PERIOD!
Unless money is on the line who really cares.
Lol, so when did "approx" 90 wins become an exact number such as the 92 total which YOU submitted?
Sadly as was proven today a pitcher is only as good as the offense that supports him.
Bottom line, All Yankee fans regardless of generations, must be concern with the first 5 games. The trend as we see it could be reality. If I had to name players that would have an outstanding 2015, I would feel comfortable with about 2 or 3. Pineda, Ellsbury and Miller. And with 2 of the 3 facing health questions always, how can that translate to a winning season. I feel that a 500 Season would be almost over achieving for this bunch and more troublesome is that how the organization couldn't or should I say, wouldn't admit to it.
