Would make Yankee Fans Happy

happy they won, but .... been feeling pretty good about this teams chances all year till now, don't know if the chemistry has been altered due to the return of some players, or its girardi's anxiousness.

lets be clear, never expected the team to win it all this year, but i did feel team can open some eyes, right now they are in trouble!

They pretty much need the sweep to keep division hopes alive. Obviously, a pretty difficult task in a four game series.

tho' I've not seen Gray pitch one game with NY, looking very forward to seeing a guy the Yanx should of been looking at a long time ago....,

that being said, what a year of surprises....

had ya' told me the Yanx would be hanging onto a WC, or in 1st place as late as July 31st, or Tank would have a 10-10 record while CC held a 12-5 record, or Judge would hit 39 dingers by Sept.....

I'd say quit fkng with my head....

Gardner -LF
Judge -RF
Sanchez -C
Gregorious -SS
Castro -2B
Bird -1B
Headley -DH
Ellsbury -CF
Frazier -3B

Note to Kevin Millar: the Boston Bombings in 2013 wouldn't be a pimple on one hair of the damage Harvey inflicted on Houston. Brought up with Milllar speaking of Houston rallying around the Astron in a manner akin to "Bostn Strong" back in '13.

Millar is a Boston loving Idiot.

And the Yankees respond to the Nunez Homer with a quick 0 in their half of the third.

...^^^Gray has been peen pretty damn good in every start as a Yankee.

8 K's in 4 IP, the Yanx can easily get back in this game, with but a bit of offense, .... 3 hits, wtf, see the ball, hit the ball..........that fkng simple....

tho' w/Gray, he's got 'em fishing for gophers....can ya' fish for gophers???

imo the only reason the dk head arrogant pompous prick Millar even talks about the Boston Bombings was his involvement of which he got plenty of PR.

Here's to hoping his Austin home is under 30 feet of water....

Note to Gray: due to your inspirational mound work this evening, your team will experience two major events. First another 1 game drop in the division, Second a loss in the Wild Card lead. While you are failing at a critical time the Twins lead Kansas City 2-0.

It's amazing what has happened to this offense. Good pitchers or bad it doesn't matter. It always seems like everyone is swinging for the fences. They made Fister's job way too easy tonight.

...HR happy Yanx fail again.

...and to be fair to Gray, it's the first time since June that he's given up more than 2 earned runs in a game...kinda hard to win a game when your offense provides only 4 hits and 1 run. (only 2 hits and 0 runs after the first 2 batters in the 1st inning)

Oh well so you guys continue to embarrass yourselves.

Per MLB network the Royals went ahead of the Twins. In the meantime the Yankees lead by Gopher Gray and no offense lose to the Red Sox 4-1. From the second inning on the Yankees had Fister rubbing their noses in pee.

...did anyone realistically expect Gray to throw a complete game shutout?
