Adams vs. Eovaldi

Lineups to follow...

oh geezus luck be a lady tonight.

Let's pray/hope- Adams has a fighting chance.
Porcello, and a lack of hitting embarrassed Yankee Nation last night, and I'm still awake...3am pst...

For some reason known but to God, I watched the final three innings of 1960 World Series Game 7. Included in that presentation were players whos contributions made a difference in that game. The final stats of that game hitter wise were astounding, only five walks issued by the pitchers, and in 71 total plate appearances by both teams, no one struck out. In 2018 we watch Yankee Players (among others) stand at the plate and let the balls go by. Yankee hitters last night stood like fucking statues. I wish the best of luck to Adams in todays game, bad time for a rookie to start a game but they all have to face it eventually.

The above lineup is a mystery to me. Robinson muffed some right field chances pretty bad in a recent game so let's put him out there for tonights game. Robinson wouldn't be here if Cashman had not acquired him, he'd not be in the game if Boner hadn't played him. Accountability to GM & Manager. I always said Girardi knew his team better than anyone, I' wondering if Boner knows anyone on this team. I don't know if Boone is selling and the players aren't buying but that is my opinion at this point. Boner has looked like a deer caught in the headlights more times than I care to remember. This Yankee Team needs a manager with some spunk and hustle and I don't see that from Boner.

I respect and share your opinion!!

...Yanx are a .500 team lately (18-17)

...in the meantime the A's have gone 30-10

...and the Sox have gone 27-12.

^^^^

2014 Yanks loose two of three in Oakland.
2015 Yankees lose 3 of 4 in Oakland.
2016 Oakland sweeps the Yanks in three in the Bronx. Yankees sweep the A's in Oakland- 4 games.
2017- who can forget
https://www.nytimes.com/2017/06/18/...-yankees-oakland-athletics-losing-streak.html

I do not have the confidence for the Yanks on their next West Coast trip. I wish them the best but confidence is waning...

Why in the hell is a rookie pitcher with a losing record from AAA on the damn Mound???

2-0 0.1 IP- wonderful the Boston Massacre continues

Adams, first Yankee SP to debut in Fenway since Randy Keisler, Randy effing Who????
Let's hope Adams stands a chance...

Nice play by Hicks robbing Bradley of a drop-in hit..

Interesting story on yesterday's opening ceremonial pitch.

Once again Dombrowski is in the ball park watching his team, plotting future moves, ready to assist. That man fleeced Cashman in Miami, Detroit, and Boston. Steinbrenners wake up!

Shadows starting to fall across the plate. This is going to get interesting as Shadows approach the mound in the innings to come

I do not believe Trashman & the entire Yankees scouting stuff have no clue what outstanding pitching prospects look like.

92-93 mph FB, with a nice curve hard and slow, will not cut it in the MLB. Eventually 92 to 93 mph simply batting practice. Where's the studs throwing 99 to 100 with hard to sliders and Loopin Curves.

Adams with only three hits and 3 earned runs. Not bad not bad at all but I am not impressed. A 5.40 ERA, thus far...

I swear to God Robinson looks like Trashman's bastard son...

The kid pitched good. The way green has pitched lately I would have left the kid in there
