Taking the Squeeze out for dinner this evening. Hopefully by the time we get back home the Yankee will be taking care of business. Tampa Rays & City of St Pete having a big pow -wow today. St Pete City Council & Mayor have a stand that says the Rays stay at the Trop till ;28 or get a private funded stadium that will cost 150 mil. The Rays Fans (all 12) say they will boycott Rays games if the Rays go to split season twixt St Pete and Montreal. Right days till trade deadline but very little action, guess that makes Cashman happy, he won't have to get off of his ass and do anything. If the Yankees get no help and fail Boner will be the scapegoat.
 
Too bad the Yankees can't get rid of Stanton and Sanchez. Those two clowns have bigger holes than donuts.
 
As long as Trashman looks for bargain can pitchers, these Yankees will fall short of that evasive
28th Championship.
 
I’m curious why the Twins are allowed to blast music between every German pitch but keep it quiet for their pitchers. How is that not being addressed? It’s one thing if it’s the occasional “charge” thing, but this is 10 seconds of random music blasted at a high volume. How is MLB and the Yankees not making this an issue?
If I’m a Yankees pitcher, I just start beaning guys in the ear hole and tell the umps the music is a distraction.
 
Arrived home, flipped on the tube just in time to see Yankee Doodles pony kick the lucky horse shoe up Germans butt.

Agreed, a Mont-Ray-all split is a dumb dumb thought, let alone a reality.

150 million could only build another sauna. I was just reading their proposal in Ybor wouldn't even see 30000 and with Standing Room definition would barely hold 30,000

From what I just read the cost would be closer to 800 + million. However with all the cost overruns they're looking at least at a billion bucks. And for only 30,000 attendees, utterly ridiculous...

Sanchez screws the pooch with the bases Juiced. It doesn't help that the umpire is calling balls strikes and Sanchez is swinging at balls one or two feet off the plate

Never in the History of MLB has Blind Umpires been the norm... fkng pathetic!!
 
Judge is turning into a GIDP Machine, Sanchez his usual worthless self in a big situation. 10 runners stranded in two games.

A friend of mine who's in the know about such things says the Rays will never see that new prark with poor attendance being a prime factor for investor turnoff!
 
Gary Sanchez continues to come through like a turd after an all nighter of drinking. And it comes back to bite us immediately.

Congrats Boone you asshole. Only 1 in the park who couldn’t see German was done. Well at least I can go to bed early now.
 
Once again Boner and the child fail to try and keep a game intact. Pretty obvious that German was throwing a stinker but that sat on their asses and let it happen. I have said before the most dangerous aspect of failure for this team is the leadership of Boner. The man has no clue.

After tonight’s game......Yankees have a three game losing streak and the lead will be 9 games over
second place Boston RedSux.
 
Looks like Yankee GM will be fiddling his way into Boston in the wake of a four game series.
Is there a stopper on this Yankee staff?

Amazing. Yankees score to get within striking distance, then our pitching gives it right back.
This is no way to manage a pitching staff!
 
BaBoone is one dumb Dick and Trashman a fraudulent asshole who should be hung from the flagpole for firing the dumb dick.

As much talent as this team has, less starting pitching Donald Duck or the bat boy could run this team better than BaBoone and Rothschild...

Why cuz either one knows nada a damn thing about pitching. German first gives up a double, then throws a wild pitch, then he gives up two singles in a row and then he hits Cruz.
If Rothschild gets any credit for the 1990 Reds Bullpen coach oh, then he needs to seriously be checked for Alzheimer's dementia...

I don't blame anybody for hitting Cruz, BUT enough is enough.
I don't get it I'm sitting 2500 miles away and I can see German struggling before he got to Cruz.

You got to wait for a big home run with Ribbies to pull a Pitcher I guess....
