I've said it before.........the veterans on this team have been failing to lead on a daily basis. Never have I
seen more veterans fail to drive in runs. It's disturbing for fans to watch. I can't imagine how Girardi
feels.........yet, he keeps putting them in the line up!!!!!!!

This club went right down the drain. My guess is that Cashman returns and Girardi signs elsewhere after the season.

More and more this team has Cashman's name all over it. Remember, if he did not have the windfall
of trading Miller and Chapman for "a team's ransom", granted the team would be worse off. But, he
has failed in building a pitching staff. He has not been able to draft good pitching for the team's future.
So, he must seek SP on other teams. How much talent is he willing to trade for a stabilizing starter?
It is always a vicious circle for him to build a championship team. I would think he would be patient,
but he thinks this team is capable to challenge for a championship. Even with this recent trade, this team
is not championship caliber.
