Yankee Players and Boners post game comments remind me of '15. After getting swept by the Blue Jays at home. Texerias comment was bump in the road. More bumps came and we know what happened that year. More offense coming with Judge & Stanton, bull shit, pitching needs to do a 180 or this team may be out of it by All Star Break. The Steinbrenner tadpoles need to sell this team to an ownership group that prides itself on accomplishment.

B-I-N-G-O

Get us a real Ownership Group.
Fire the GM and the manager. Some would call it ruthless I would call it fair so would King George and Billy Martin....

Behead 1/2 this team starting with the pitching staff.

Green, ah shit kinda day. -
How long is bathroom going to throw Green out there before he realizes he can't last three innings....

Edit- "bathroom" s/b BaBoone...

I doubt 1/2 these kids know who Wally Pipp was.
Let's Win One for The Pippmeister. You can all be replaced, less Judge, Gio and LMHU....
Even then...

Win One for The Iron Horse.

Though I seriously doubt I will ever see new Yankee Stadium, at times I wish Old Yankee Stadium was still intact, where the Ghosts of Yankee Gods once existed, now they too have been buried....

OTD (On This Day)

Again no love for the Yankees on TV. As bad as BSPN hates our beloved Yankees you would think they would show this game, just to rub it in our faces, as badly as Beloved Yankees are playing, during the June swoon...

The great thing is the College World Series tournament has begun. Michigan beat #1 Ranked UCLA to advance to the CWS.

Only four times as a team who has lost the College World Series come back to win it the next year. Arkansas lost to Oregon State last year and they are in the CWS

This is Texas Tech's fifth appearance in 6 years.

Florida state has by far the longest drought. They appear again this year and have been in 22 College World Series tournaments without winning one.

Of the eight teams left in the tournament, four come from the SEC—Arkansas, Auburn, Mississippi State and Vanderbilt. The ACC has two representatives in Florida State and Louisville, while the Big Ten and the Big 12 have one team each—Michigan and Texas Tech.

Boner shouldn’t be the only one worrying. I can’t wait to see how Cashman gets ripped off just to obtain
another “used” starter. Going in to this season, Cashman knew he was short on starters.....now, he becomes
a buyer. From a fans point of view, just hope he does not give up the farm. From the getgo he will not be
getting a ‘long starter’.........another 5 inning or less pitcher....

I, too, am sick and tired of these 5 inning pitchers. You don’t win championships with ‘crap of the heap’
pitching.

Just found out that the Angels have designated Cody Allen for assignment. Evidently his (Allens) relief job against Tampa last night did not inspire confidence by the Angels Brass. Knowing one mans trash is anothers treasure will we see Cashman grasping at this straw.?

I was thinking the same thing.
Trashman's Treasure is another team's junk. Trashmans treasure & his junk are the same thing...

Allen has stunk to high hell-
6.26 ERA/ 23 IP/ 9 HR's/ 24 Hits/ 20 BB's/ 29 SO's/ 16 Earned runs/ a Whopping 7.8 BB/9/ and a miserable 1.45 SO/W ratio.

Last night he came in the 7th inning, gave up 4 hits, 4 earned runs, 2 Walks and 1 HR.

Trashman's kind of RP, a diamond in thethe diamond in the rough. I'm sure Trashman thinks thanks Rothschild could straighten him out...

The lowly Blue Jays have lost 13 of last 16 games. During this period two of their wins were
against the Yankees.......during that series at Toronto began to show the “cracks” in Yankees’
starting & relief pitching. And things have not improved since.....Yankees record since the Toronto
series is 3 - 7.

Yankees have a tough time trying to make the game a laugher! :smiley-195517897341
