i really like the idea of developing cdr but still leaves us a big hole at backup PF

I wonder how Travis and Sergio will play tonight... they must be a nervous wreck knowing they're the most likely to be traded.

I say we take that and run. The backup PF spot can be held down by Joel and Shavlik and Frye for the time being. CDR is a nice little developmental piece, and of course Carter is a great addition to the team, IMO.

Yes, then, call up Gran Canaria and see if Freeland feels like a playoff run.

We still have Channing. When he's gotten minutes, he's been decent. We also have Ruffin the Banger.

If a trade is on the table, I highly doubt they are playing tonight.

Ha ha ha well I guess that depends on if they are going to play!!!:drumroll:

I find it hard to believe that Thorn would do that.

I shudder at the prospect at having to play Shav or Frye in our playoff run down the stretch here, but backup PF can be filled easily through free agency.

CDR played great in the Summer League. He's been invisible during the regular season.

Could we really bring over Freeland?

That's the dumbest one I've seen yet.

Basically it boils down to Raef for 2 guys who will never get off our bench, and 20+ years of rising talent for 1-3 years of nose-diving talent.

Funny how Carter has managed to convert both Toronto and NJ from playoff teams to lottery teams in such a short time.

The guy is truly a team-killer.

In games Oden isn't in foul trouble, they can put Joel and Greg on the floor at the same time more often.

In games Oden is in foul trouble, Frye is going to have to get a pair, or he's gonna be running a whole lot after practice.

They've got less than two hours then to complete this trade. It's still kind of intriguing though if Travis and Sergio play tonight, and what kind of reception they get in their final game in a Blazer uniform.

Some people would find a way to dump on a Blazers RLEC for LeBron trade.

This trade will go down by the 3rd qrt. Steve's shoulder will be ok and the deal will be finalized, sending Sergio out...

You know I hate to bring this up too, but a lot of folks don't know that Shavlick Randolph can actually play a bit. I was pretty surprised that Nate didn't give him a run after some of the crap play we got from Charmin and DNPogu.

He is keeping him un-scouted for a deep playoffs run.
