Your first car?

just curious what was your first car. im still 16 i get my licence in September (damn newjersey laws). anyways i started looking at cars, and one of my cousins just got his first car today so i was just wondering what is your first car, or if you dont have your licence what do you hope your first car is.

rite now im like in love with the 06 Civic coupe. i believe its like 16 brand new. my mom said if i can get the down payment she'll get it for me and she'll match me dollar for dollar for it.

My very first car was a 1990 Olds Cutlass. Not the best of cars but that thing had a very nice ride. I kept it for like...2 months before I sold it. It just wasn't my style. I then got a 1992 Nissan Stanza which I kept for 2.5 years. So technically that was my first real car.

I also had a 95 Maxima and an 01 Civic. Now I drive an 07 Scion tC. I was looking at the new Civic Coupe as well, but the tC just had more features and such for the same price so I went for that. The Civic is still a nice car though. I personally like the coupe better than the sedan.

i was looking at the scion as well, i still have plenty of time though, my dad use to drive a 91 cutlass it had a real smooth ride like you said

My mom just bought a blue 96 Honda Civic for me and my sister (shes in college so we have to share when shes here for summer). I'm sure I'll total it before I have to let her drive it though (plus she doesn't know how to drive a stick yet).

My dad worked for Lincoln-Mercury when I was in high school, so I would always just get to drive his pimped out company cars. My first car that I could call my own though was a Mazda RX8. I loved that car.

the good news is you can literally drive that car for 20 years if you have to or want to..lol. PS GET THE STICK SHIFT

i'll be 17 and i have to pay some of it, and its not like its a $20,000 car like some of my friends got, but yea i am spoiled

I have luckily since upgraded. Before anyone says "WTF" I didn't get my first car until I was 20. I basically learnt to drive quite late and really didn't need one that bad before but over the last few years have learnt I needed to have one.

My first car was a Mazda RX-7

I got a speeding ticket the first week I drove it, racing an undercover cop, who was driving a Mustang. He laughed at me for being an idiot and let me off easy. I was going over 100MPH, but he wrote the ticket for 70MPH.

I specifically remember checking the mail everyday to hide the ticket from my parents.

For real? Yea I lost a hubcap one day so I just bought 4 of those, they're pretty badass for cheap covers.

Edit: BTW, I love the tC Monty. Hopefully will be the next car I purchase.
