I would go to Sayler's Old Country Kitchen in Portland.
I'd order a bone in-ribeye steak, medium rare.
Side of onion rings.
Relish platter.
Sourdough bread with that garlic oil spread.
Spumoni Ice cream to polish the meal off.
It's not the best steak ever but it was the special occasion meal of my youth. I fucking love Saylers
If I was just going to die on the spot I'd just go to Texas de Brazil and eat as much animal as I could intake before exploding.
Now, having a ribeye from one of the Vegas steak places I've been to would be better but the sheer quantity of dead animal I would consume would be easier to do at TdB.

Love Saylors! And bone in ribeye is where it's at. I'd honestly prefer to make my own last meal. I love putting the effort and creativity into cooking. If I had to have a last meal prepared by someone else, I would probably just hang out with all of my fun low life friends at a Portland dive bar, Dots Cafe, Clinton St Pub, The Vern and drink lots of whiskey and eat shitty bar food. That would make me very happy.
For real though....... since my grandma passed away unfortunately I couldn't have her make me a home made Mexican meal with her fresh tortillas and handmade tamales....
I might hit up Fogo de Chao and never leave.
