I'll post pics after I finish the basement, if you're interested. Right now everything but the Concept II is in a storage unit. I don't think I'm going to make it particularly nice (mirrors, etc.), just a room to hide the equipment from the bar area.

You work out, don't you? You seemed to make a remarkable recovery from your colon removal. Any suggestions? Should I install a bar on which to do pull-ups?
 
I've been considering a standing desk and/or treadmill desk. Anyone have experience with those?

A treadmill desk? I've never heard of one of those. One of my partners works at a standing desk and he loves it. He had back issues for years and tried a standing desk out of frustration. Of course, he may have done it so no one ever meets with him in his office.
 
One thing I'm giving up in my basement is a "listening room". I don't watch TV nearly as much as I listen to music. When I was a bachelor, my stereo used to have a prominent place in my house, meaning the furniture was arranged for optimal listening.

Hopefully in our next place I can get that as well.
