Zach Collins Dislocated Shoulder

As I recall, after Meyers had his strong series against Memphis back in 2015, his fourth season--and by extension his entire Blazer career--was basically derailed by a separated shoulder.

that blows
how long before Gasol is in the lineup?
who will start? Mario??

Guessing we'll see more Hood @ 4 minutes, and Baze also playing more.

Wouldn't mind seeing Mario and even Nas get some looks

Would anyone be shocked if Little becomes 5 minute starter like Noah Vonleh?
Stotts loves to maintain rotations.

Aren't separated and dislocated usually pretty different in terms of severity? Separated is typically worse from what I remember.

You're probably right. I'm just feeling cynical.

Yes. If its dislocated, the bone is just out of the socket and you can generally just pop it back in. If its seperated the ligaments are torn. That takes a good deal longer to heal. It's what Kanter had.

Yes, unless something else get torn along with the dislocation.

They are totally different though. Dislocated is when the ball pops out. Separated is when the clavicle is pulled away from the scapula, with some amount of ligament damage.

Both sounds painful...

Luis Scola is currently playing for the Shanghai Sharks, 3 years out of the NBA and 39. I have no idea how he looks now, but he can't be as bad as Tolliver.
