Not that I'm condoning either, but as a general rule, I think most people tend to drive too slow when stoned, and too fast when drunk.

And by "too slow", I mean the speed limit.

Now I know why the granny I passed just outside of Gaston this morning was driving so slow.

He's trying to parody liberals. He doesn't actually believe in racism, sexism or any of those other bullshit leftist terms.

Yeah, I know.

Lmao I was blazed as hell the other night and my buddy is like "bro why you doing 55, it's the back roads"

I responded with "cause it's the speed limit"

The debate between pot and alcohol is simple......just don't fucking drive if you do either. Your reaction time is effected. Same as it is when you are responding to a text , messing with the radio, eating a burger and or just being stupid like so many drivers normally are.

Over 40,000 people died in traffic "accidents" last year in the US. ( Is being stupid really an accident?) It amazes me how upset people get when we lose a fraction of those numbers in combat (and rightly so) but have no outrage about the millions of morons who drive our streets every day. The real combat zone is on our freeways. We care if you are stoned or drunk while driving, but not if you just happened to be careless or stupid.

We are outraged by 15,000 murders but not a peep about 40,000 traffic deaths?

well said....I've been hit by a drunk driver before...totaled my car and destroyed a lot of equipment....I was going 55 in the slow lane and the cops clocked him at 135 also in the slow lane .....looked in the rear view mirror and just saw an endless ribbon of headlight...too late It was Christmas Eve

Once a "thug", always a "thug" is what most whites are saying probably.
Or maybe they'll use the word "ghetto".

We all know what word they really want to say though.
I'm up at 3:40 am because I needed my daily dose of EL PRESIDENTE.

You did not disappoint.

Damn man glad you survived that

Rasheed Wallace Says Zach Randolph 'Ain't No Dope Dealer' After Marijuana Arrest

In the wake of Zach Randolph's arrest for marijuana possession, former Portland Trail Blazers teammate Rasheed Wallace stood up for him publicly Tuesday.

Wallace said in an interview with TMZ Sports regarding Randolph, "I know for a fact, he ain't no dope dealer."

Randolph was arrested last week in Los Angeles and charged with felony marijuana possession with intent to sell due to allegedly carrying two pounds of marijuana, per TMZ Sports.

Randolph made $20,000 bail and is now awaiting further legal proceedings.

Wallace called for Z-Bo to keep his head up, but suggested NBA discipline could be forthcoming if he is found guilty.

Sheed and Randolph were frontcourt partners in Portland from 2001-02 until 2003-04 when Wallace was traded to the Atlanta Hawks and then the Detroit Pistons just days later.

The 36-year-old Randolph spent the past eight seasons with the Memphis Grizzlies. He made two All-Star Games and developed into one of the most beloved and successful players in franchise history.

He will begin a new chapter in his career this season, though, after signing a two-year contract with the Sacramento Kings.

I do not think anyone believes he is a dealer either. Just not smart holding that much pot since it would have to have been obtained illegally.

No Jail for Zach. And good. A MF should be able to have as much weed as they want. It being illegal and a schedule 1 is ONLY because you can make CLEAN BURNING FUEL for your Hummer with it.

Zach Randolph Avoids Jail With Plea Deal

Zach Randolph has pled no contest to resisting arrest and possession of marijuana stemming from an incident in August in Los Angeles. The deal will allow Randolph to avoid jail time.

Randolph will need to complete 150 hours of community service. If Randolph completes the community service and has no run-ins with the law over the next 12 months, the resisting arrest conviction will be removed from his record.

Randolph must also avoid associating with any drug dealers as part of the agreement.

Randolph signed a two-year, $24 million deal with the Sacramento Kings in July.

The NBA could still issue discipline to Randolph.
