The fact is Martin miscalculated. If George Zimmerman had been a big fella the kid would have let it go after telling his girl friend that a sorry azz cracker is following me. I doubt he would have decided to attack a 6'3" fellow but as it was he apparently decided he was going to kick the little cracker's azz. That was the first mistake, then he made another, he failed to consider the little fella might be packing. Those two were fatal errors. It is always legal to defend yourself
and 5'7" on 6'2" normally takes an equalizer.

I agree 100%. If you convict someone you have got to have 100% evidence that they did it and the jury did not. I don't think this has anything to do with race.

Yes, you all want the Hispanic dude to fry for a simple self-defense case. Liberals are based on emotion, and not facts. Watch the prosecuting attorney's closing argument and try to tell me how it was based on any fact presented in the case.
