It's not just George Zimmerman. It's his entire political strategy. Remember "You didn't build that"? "One thing I do know is the Cambridge Police acted stupidly"? Speaking in Northern Ireland, he called Catholic education "divisive". What about his "people become bitter, clinging to their guns and religion" line? Those are just a few examples. Look at his administration. Van Jones. Eric Holder. Hilda Solis. These are agitators extraordinaire.

He has exploited peoples' fears and divided people on racial, religious and economic lines instead of uniting them. It's a pathetic legacy. I'd say we deserve better, but we've now elected this charlatan twice. I think now we get precisely what we deserve.

Wow--that's a lot of article based on what ended up amounting to very little data.

He examined racial disparity using data on 43,500 homicides from 2005 to 2009 - the most recent years for which data was available, reported PBS.

He narrowed the sample to about 5,000 homicides by only analysing killings in which there was a single shooter and a single victim, both of whom were strangers to each other.
...
But the findings are not yet conclusive - the data doesn’t show the circumstances behind the killings, for example whether the people who were shot were involved in home invasions or in a confrontation on the street.

Plus there are less white-on-black shootings in the FBI data -only 25 total in both the Stand Your Ground and non-Stand Your Ground states.

I guess Trayvon's girlfriend put into Trayvon's head that Zimmerman might have been a down low gay on the prowl. she was on piers morgan talking about that Zimmerman might have been a homosexual rapist.

Ironic isn't it?

It is entirely possible and plausible with the limited facts known that Trayvon did not go home when he had the chance (4 minute gap in timeline), and instead waited for and jumped Zimmerman because he wanted to beat up what he thought was a gay man.

There will be nothing on this in the major media, despite their running HUNDREDS of stories last year which were filled with speculation about the "wannabe cop, trained in fighting WHITE man, hunting down and killing in cold-blood a small black child with the proverbial lollipop in his hands."

yeah, and in trial I'm sure they'll try to make this "irrelevant" when it totally could explain why Trayvon was so angst to attack Zimmerman. The black community is very homophobic and this could have very well been a hate crime even though Zimmerman is not gay.

remember, this is the prosecution's "star witness". the one who verified their side of things, from the get-go.

Yep! I can't think of a time when this nation was more illy lead. From Benghazi to the IRS, from professor Henry Louis Gates to Trayvon Martin, all very poor if not agitated by the CNC and every teaching moment squandered.

The major media sells air time with their current shtick because a good chunk of the population love the shit they get. Some bad stuff is going to have to happen before this nation returns to a survivable reality.
They are likely to get some more young guys killed with the bull they are pedaling, young guys need leadership and wise tutoring and this sure isn't it.

Why would the neighborhood watch be a "stranger" to a person living in the same neighborhood? All the neighborhoods with a "Neighborhood Watch" program have signs posted, This area protected by Neighborhood Watch". Why then, would you be surprise to see someone watching you screwing around?

To take this one step further, this was a gated community..ever live in one? The ones that I have lived in were very tight knit, everyone knew, at least by sight, who lived in the area. People who had just moved in were always greeted and welcomed, as well as introduced to fellow neighbours.
