More from the article:

But the report also shows Zimmerman declined hospitalization the night of the shooting, and then declined the advice of his doctor to make a follow-up appointment with an ear nose and throat doctor.

In addition to his physical injuries, Zimmerman complained of stress and "occasional nausea when thinking about the violence." But he was not diagnosed with a concussion. The doctor noted that it was "imperative" that Zimmerman "be seen with [sic] his psychologist for evaluation."

According to the report, prior to the shooting Zimmerman had been prescribed Adderall and Temazepam, medications that can cause side effects such as agitation and mood swings, but in fewer than 10 percent of patients.

So Detective ToB is slowly putting this together. Z-man is a power hungry wanna be cop who racially steroetypes and has anger issues. Martin is an immature punk kid with an attitude and one who doesn't take shit from anybody.

Zimmerman sees Martin in his hoody and black skin, immediately concludes he is up to no good and committing crimes. Dispatch tells him to hang tight, but he says fuck that, not again, not in my neighborhood. Zimmerman confronts Martin with an attitude like he is a criminal, Martin having done nothing wrong this time, decides he is going teach this little twerp a lesson about respect and eventually clocks him in the face. Zimmerman falls backwards to the ground and hits his head on the pavement. In a panic/macho testosterone/perscription induced state of mind, he pulls out his gun and teaches Martin the lesson.

Case closed . . . let's get some lunch.

Trayvon Martin had THC in system at time of death. THC in the blood, which indicates use in the past 8 hours.

Trayvon Martin, the 17-year-old who was shot and killed by a neighborhood watch volunteer, had the drug THC in his system the night of this death, according to new information obtained by ABC News.

The revelation came as prosecutors in the case prepared to release to the public hundreds of pages of new evidence along with videos and crime scene photos.

Martin's death sparked public outrage after police released Martin's shooter, George Zimmerman, without any criminal charges for the killing.

Zimmerman, 28, is a multi-racial Hispanic man who shot the black high school junior at close range on Feb. 26, and claimed self-defense, though Martin was unarmed. Zimmerman was later charged with second-degree murder, and the killing provoked widespread debate about racial profiling.

The autopsy report shows traces of the drug THC, which is found in marijuana, in Martin's blood and urine.

The autopsy also shows that Zimmerman shot Martin from a distance of between 1 inch and 18 inches away, bolstering Zimmerman's claim that he shot Martin during a struggle that landed Zimmerman on his back, Martin straddling him and banging Zimmerman's head on the ground.

Martin's autopsy report also revealed that there was a quarter-inch by half-inch abrasion on the left fourth finger of Martin, another indication of a possible struggle. The teen, who lived in Miami, was in Sanford while serving a suspension for a bag of marijuana being discovered in his possession.

Later today, a trove of documents that are part of the discovery in Zimmerman's trial are expected to be released on a website run by the state's attorney, including 67 CDs worth of documents, video of Martin on the night of the shooting, his autopsy report and videos of Zimmerman's questioning by police.

Evidence stating to be released.

You mean there's evidence that Martin pursued Zimmerman and killed him? Link? All other evidence is irrelevant to deciding who murdered who.

Wait, so there was a murder? I hadn't heard. I heard someone was shot and killed though

In an April 2 interview with a prosecutor from the state attorney's office, an unidentified girl, reportedly Trayvon's girlfriend, described their phone conversation during the minutes leading up to the confrontation with Zimmerman. The girl, whose identity was deleted from the audio recording, said the two had known each other since kindergarten and talked every day.

As he returned to the gated community where his father's girlfriend lived, Trayvon ducked under an overhang to get out of the rain. He told her a white man in a car was watching him and talking on his cellphone.

Their connection dropped, and when she called Trayvon back he said that he was still walking, that "this man is still following him" and that he was putting his hoodie on because it was still "a little bit dripping water." He said he was going to run the back way to his father's house because it was easier.

The girl said she could hear Trayvon running, "and then he said he lost him." She could hear him "breathing hard" and said Trayvon's voice "kind of changed."

"I know he was scared," she said. "His voice was getting kind of low. ... He said he lost him."

He again started walking. she told Trayvon to keep running, but "he said he ain't gonna run. He said he's right by his father's house."

"And in a couple minutes, he said the man's following him again, he's behind him," she said. "I say, 'Run,'" but he replies he's too tired, breathing "real hard."

"Then he tells me the guy is getting close," she said. "Next I hear, 'Why are you following me for?'"

She said she then heard a man's voice ask, "What are you doing around here?" She calls out, "Trayvon, what's going on?" but he doesn't answer. "I hear something like, 'bawmp.' ... You could hear that somebody bumped Trayvon. Cuz I could hear the grass."

She said she continued to call out to him. "And the next thing, the phone just shut off."

The same report said that Zimmerman had reported "suspicious persons, all young black males" to police previously on August 3, 2011; August 4, 2011; and Oct. 6, 2011.
"According to record checks, all of Zimmerman's suspicious person calls while residing in the Retreat neighborhood have identified Black males as the subjects,'' the report said.

You may want to go back further in this thread to find out more background about a string of burglaries in that complex. Unfortunately, pointing out that black males were the perps will probably make you call me a racist.

Yes because I call everyone a racist who I disagree with.

Seriously Papa G, I may joke around but for the most part I treat you with respect. Don't infer otherwise.

That means zip, zilch, nada to the case.

Maybe to you. But I guarentee it will be evidence in the case and that the prosecution will use it.

To me . . . it means Zimmerman was itching to deal with this himself. Couple that the words he said when he decided to disobey dispatch (something to the effect I'm not going let this one get away . . . it's in this thread somewhere) but that is evidence to try to show Zimmerman already decided Martin had committed a crime and he was going to stop it.

Not saying Zimmerman was or was not acting in self defense when he shot Martin, but the fact he called 911 and did not listen to what 911 told him to do but instead took matters into in own hands, is a big part of this case.

I just want to congratulate PapaG. You have proven what needs to be proven. Martin initiated this and killed Zimmerman.

And deserved it, because he was on the pot and had break in tools in a backpack once.

Eyewitness testimony given by a witness to the police. Says Zimmerman was the person calling out for help.

Our media sucks, and I do feel bad for those of you who are either too ignorant or too incurious to find out the facts for yourselves.

its going to come down to whether or not people believe GZ started the fight

if so, he was asking for an ass whopping, and the shooting was cowardly

I agree. Who started the fight will probably be the deciding factor for the jury.

Didn't the transcript of the 911 call show that GZ stopped as soon as the dispatcher said he didn't need to pursue TM?

(I'm not going to read back through this thread, but my recollection was that they could hear GZ running (in pursuit) and breathing hard, when dispatch said he didn't need to do that, and the sounds of running stopped, he said that TM ran off, and that he (GZ) was returning to his vehicle.)

Go Blazers

Let's not get the known facts get in the way of an emotion-laden rant.

I don't remember those facts, but whatever was said to dispatch will be a big part of the trial. That was my only point.

And what facts are those papag? What happened with 911 dispatch?

There is one person who is very clearly emotional about this topic, to the point where they are only considering facts that favor one side. Guess who that is? And keep telling us how Zimmeramn not listening to dispatch means nada, zip, zero to the case. Nice legal analysis, lol.

Trayvon Martin had uploaded videos of himself and others in a "fight club" to his YouTube account. These videos had been scrubbed after he was shot, but nothing ever really disappears on the interwebs.

http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/201...von-martin-participating-in-local-fight-club/

His tattoos are visible in the video.

Also:

The address of the home pictured in the other videos is linked to Trayvon’s mother Sybrina Fulton. I will not post the family’s home address here but it is clear that this is Trayvon’s YouTube account and his mother’s home. It appears that Trayvon was involved in and enjoyed underground fights. Certainly, he was not the little angelic child the MSM made him out to be.

He did listen to dispatch. The dispatch said "we don't need you to do that", and Zimmerman stopped trailing Marting. Have you read a single thing in this thread? You're the one who went on an insane rant against neighborhood watch volunteers for simply trying to protect their homes.

Seems as if you're a very angry guy, and you also don't seem the least bit interested in actually trying to uncover facts about this tragic shooting.

Then how did he get to him to kill him? Did he teleport?

From the article you praised:

Ten days after his father was hospitalized, Zimmerman noticed another young man in the neighborhood, acting in a way he found familiar, so he made another call to police.

"We've had some break-ins in my neighborhood, and there's a real suspicious guy," Zimmerman said, as Trayvon Martin returned home from the store.

The last time Zimmerman had called police, to report Burgess, he followed protocol and waited for police to arrive. They were too late, and Burgess got away.

This time, Zimmerman was not so patient, and he disregarded police advice against pursuing Martin.

"These assholes," he muttered in an aside, "they always get away."

After the phone call ended, several minutes passed when the movements of Zimmerman and Martin remain a mystery.

Moments later, Martin lay dead with a bullet in his chest.

Is there other evidence now? I know the police said this all could have been avoidable if he didn't leave the car.

I don't know why you are being such a slypokerdog about this. Usually people can disagee without being a jerk. To answer your question papag, yes I have read a single thing in this thread (see above quote), but thanks for asking.
