Nate and Coach K are good friends. Maybe Coach K told Nate that he thinks he'll be a great PG.

Yep. Picking Pendergraph over Blair was genius.
They never make mistakes, and we message board geeks are incapable of looking at the current roster to see which positions we've already invested resources in.

Over the years people have continued to blindly defend decision-makers that keep getting fired. It amazes me.

Blair barely got off the bench against Memphis in the playoffs and had a PER of 9.6 when he did get to play, and Leonard is going to cut his minutes next season.

Maybe Blair is available?

You know me, I'll spin it anyway I can so its positive for my Trail Blazers!

DeJuan Blair in the playoffs against Memphis.

4 ppg/3 rpg/ 33% FG/ 12 mpg/ PER of 9.6/ Usage of 23.4.

A fucking stud!!!

Andre Miller can't play forever. He's clearly a better player than Felton, but the Blazers couldn't let themselves get into a position where Patty Mills or Armon Johnson was the PG.

If Felton can hit the 3 like he did in Denver at 40+% that will be cool, but historically, he's not a good shooter.

I just hope we also swap Smith for Faried.

Your smart enough to know that its easy for us fans to look back at past drafts and judge. We pretend we have a crystal ball, GM's dont.

Sooooo...

why would the Blazers draft a 3rd SF?

Leonard is a small forward. Blair is still only 22 years old and he's put up two years of PER above 17.

I don't think the Spurs will be moving Blair any time soon.

When I heard "Unbalanced Trade" I didnt think it wouldnt be in our favor.

I'm wrong plenty. But I am not foolish enough to think that GMs are never wrong merely because they're paid to pick players.

If you can point out some draft successes the couple of years, I'd love to see them. I can point out some failures, if you'd like.

I hear a 30-way trade is going down, where the blazers trade 15 players, plus the rights to some europeans.

barfo

Sweeten the fucking pot for Felton? Are you fucking kidding me? If this is seriously how things shake out I'm going to be fed up with this team.

Miller, Rudy, Faried, Hamilton for Raymond Felton and Nolan Smith? Really? SERIOUSLY?

Fuck you, Buchanan. one of the worst trades. FUCK you, PA. Dalllas gets Rudy.

Rudy traded = successful draft day

Nate McMillan is really going to sleep well tonight with trading Miller and Rudy

Well... we never had Rudy AND Hamilton.

But... fuck.
