If we got Barnes; we would have 4 lotto picks from last year. Wow
You mean like Hasheem Thabeet, Jonny Flynn, Jordan Hill and Terrence Williams?

Blast from the past.
Barnes had a PER of 11.08, 23rd among rookies, just below Nando de Colo. T-Rob, the player so disappointing he got traded once for scrubs and then for second-rounders, had 10.97.
Can someone remind me what the blazers have done?
I think it's a play to grab Dwight. I think they want to improve their bargaining position. If they can offer a solid two All-Star caliber players, they might have a better chance of getting Howard.
If anything I think a push for LMA means Dwight let them know he wasn't seriously considering them. They'd need to use most of their ammo to get LMA, then they can focus on shedding Lee and getting into position to add more in free agency next year.
As a W's fan, I'd gladly give Bogut and either Klay or Barnes for LMA. I'd throw in heavily protected picks and/or some other lesser prospects too.
As for Barnes vs. Klay, you guys seem about as divided as W's fans. Both good prospects but no ones confusing them for stars. Barnes gets to the rim better and will be able to create for himself much better. Klay obviously a better defender and shooter. I tend to lean toward keeping Barnes mainly because we lack players who can get to the rim.
Eric Bledsoe to Suns, Redick to Clips, 2nd rounders to Bucks in three-team deal.

You're about three hours late![]()
Some of us have real jobs.
(Mine today included 8 hours of lounging on the beach by our beach house checking email and NBA rumors). You can see I was behind.

Sounds like Sacramento preparing a big offer for Iguodola, and thus leaning towards not matching/keeping Evans. So, the Pelicans will have to do something to clear a little space. Whether that's moving Robin, or Rivers, or some other tinkering, who knows.

Sacramento is offering free agent Andre Iguodala a four year, approximately $56 million contract, league sources tell Y! Sports.
Is anyone else going to laugh when the Timberpups STILL don't make the playoffs next season?
Sounds grueling. You hiring?![]()
Sure but I'm not going to pay more than minimum wage for you to fetch my towel, open my beer, and help with the BBQ.
Fuck, maybe BGD is right, i'm getting antsy.

No wonder Iggy opted out. 56mil. holy shit
sorry, lost track, "right about what?"
14 million per year..... I never thought Iggy would get that much. This just shows how weak this free agent class is.
