That's all good news~. What about Randal Cunningham II? Is he being recruited as a QB or to shift to WR?

I've read the track team wants him, but if he's being recruited for football at all I don't think it's as a QB the WR ranks are pretty full.

according to LB Jimmy Swain's twittering, Helfrich and most of the Defense Coaches were coming over for dinner in a in-house visit last night

Wow, I wonder what those in-house dinners are like. My mom would whip up a feast fit for a king if I was such a recruit hosting couches.

Also, Kaleb McGary has eliminated us and UW(?!) and seems to be leaning towards the Beavers or WSU. What is he smoking?
 
Bailey commits to Zona, Brown who has been a silent for months to USC only been jerking oregon around commits to USC, That leaves Gates (who most think will go to A&M) or someone not yet offered as the last OL spot or just no more OL.

Bailey committed to ASU. Ducks just offered a JC kid named Alex Shine and another JC kid David Hedelin is scheduled to visit in January. A rivals top 100 kid Casey Tucker recently named Oregon in his top 4 and plans on visiting in January as well

I personally hope we grab Gates. He has high athleticism and upside plus if we can grab him, we can grab Cunningham.

If we do grab Cunningham, is it in the realm of possibility to build an offense similar to Auburns?
 
Oregon's 3 JC kids (Haniteli Lousi, Tui Talia, Dominique Harrison) are verbals no longer. All 3 have officially signed and are now Ducks :)

the one thing that I'm truly disappointed with in this 2014 class thus far is that there is no Boseko Lokombo, Ifo Ekpre-Olomu, Lake Koa-Ka'ai, Torrodney Prevot or Andre Yruretagoyena... I want announcers to tremble in fear of the Ducks. Combining this class's glaring hole with a bit of a need at NT, has me very excited that they're recruiting Trey Lealaimatafao (Lay-Ah-Lah-EE-Mah-Tah-Fou)

Great pick up for Baker. He can either by like Lamarcus Joyner down in FSU or the next DAT. Wasn't Barner recruited at DB but switched to RB(could switch with Tony James maybe?)
 
I don't know if things have changed, but following his OV I read a quote from Budda saying if he went to Oregon he would start off playing offense. Between him and Tony James I'd think the TZR spot is good going forward

Baker says he sees himself as a WR at Oregon. Baker and Brown top a nice WR class of 2014.
 
Say, wasn't a Cal LB on his way to transfering out of Cal and going to Oregon? Ragin was his name was it?

And whats the word on Eric Lauderdale?

JR teetered between 3-4* status on rivals and he played in one of the AA games. The Ducks offered him late in the process after some of their earlier LB targets fell through but he stuck with Cal who offered him early on. He grew up a Duck fan and attended quite a few of their games his Jr & Sr year... he also had a really high GPA in HS iirc. He's from Wilsonville Or

So he's coming over to play for the ducks then. Was he a Redshirt at Cal or a True Frosh?

And, any word on Recruits or visits now that the Bowl has been taken care of? And any in mind from Texas recruits?
