FYI - PPR League, and I'll probably include an "Offensive Player" Spot, which will usually be a 2nd QB since they score the most (3 QBs max for 10 teams means 30/32 QBs), but positional player will also be able to be played there, and since it's PPR, it shouldn't be a big difference.
