LMAO!

This happens every time I try and switch my rec team to a zone. There is always one person who has no clue what they are doing and gets completely out of position or forgets we are playing a zone and leaves his area. It's funny to me that NBA players are just as clueless.
You have to practice zone a lot to be good at it, a lot of communication required. I think its much tougher to play zone than m2m, maybe when you start getting into pnr, and reads and stuff in man it can get complex. Im surprised you’re trying to get your rec team to zone up lol.

How surprising it is that JR Smith is that person?
Yeah, none. As soon as I saw the play developing I knew he was going to be out of position. Although in his defense the zone they were playing whoever was playing in the middle should have rotated out.

In the NBA it's different because you can't play a true zone without getting whistled for defensive 3 seconds. In a rec game or any other level of basketball a 2-3 zone is the most basic and easiest defense any team can play. Trust me, it's easier to have someone who lacks awareness just run to the same area every time down rather than having to help him find his man every time. Sure if the other team is smart they'd overload one side or keep swinging the ball around until rotations get messed up but most rec teams aren't patient enough to do that.

God I hope Zach Collins can develop this type of post game. I think he can.

Russ already has 35/14/19 halfway thru the 1st!!!!!

I guess that explains why they are losing 27-12.

In the real world he currently has as many TOVs as REBs and ASTs combined. In your world, that adds up to 33 TOVs.

BNM
I think we're watching different games!

I think he got the reaction from you he wanted, so I guess he gets a point? lol

RPM is out.

Some highlights:

Dame - 11th overall, 2nd ORPM
Nurk - 29th overall, 7th among centers
CJ - 12th among SGs
Aminu - 12th in the league in DRPM, 4th among PFs
Interesting: of the top 15 centers by RPM, THREE are American.
Brook Lopez (5)
Jarrett Allen (8)
Cody Zeller (11)
(Also, they've got KAT as a center, and he's down at #25!)
