In all seriousness just from a physical standpoint this is the best shape I've seen Meyers since his rookie season, and he's always been in relatively good shape.

I'm quite excited by that T-Rob guy - he's obviously got a future!

A full year of Nurkic, a healthy Ed Davis, no Allen Crabbe plus slightly better health for Aminu and more consistent effort/focus from Mo has me thinking this group has the potential to make a pretty sizable jump defensively this year.

There really is only 7-8 teams that are pretty clearly better than us on that end.

You realize the context of his post was in regard to defense, right? Crabbe was a pretty terrible defender last year, so yes, it's not unfair to say that Crabbe's absence will likely help our defensive performance in the coming season.
