Coaches look to be working almost as much as the players -- impressive

I would be curious to who is NOT there but i do realize if they did not show they prolly had a good reason ( at least I hope so )

I see literally everyone except the training camp invites.

Who is this on the right? I think that's Chriss in gray, but hard to recognize him without the dreads.

right looks like Parker Hines, new video coordinator. Dunno who the other guy is, but it’s definitely not Chriss

I know it’s that time of year, but this is truly the best shape I’ve ever Nurkic in. Some things, like injuries, are out of a players control, but he looks like he’s taken care of what he needed to and is ready to go.

I do hope he has a great season.

I think it being a contract year is also a large part of this.

I would be very hesitant to give Nurk a big raise on a long term deal... he isn't like Dame or CJ where they put in the same work regardless of contracts.... I'd try to keep Nurk on short term deals.

I don't think Nurk ever shies away from work as much as he is not as mentally stable as Dame/CJ. Everyone reacts differently to trauma and all the hits Nurk faced after breaking his leg both from the emotional side as well as the physical affected his motivation. And it's hard to blame him for it. Also, recall his comments after the season ended about how he didn't know if the Blazers would bring him back.... it's as if Rich Paul did not communicate with Nurk about what his partial guarantee meant (HOW does that happen???)

The good thing is that both Dame/CJ have helped channel his focus back to the game with summer workouts/get togethers. And Billups appears like he's going to let him do his thing on defense.

I just hope he remains healthy for this year. He's the one true ceiling raiser for our team if he's playing well.

Yeah, he looks more "Lean and Mean" than Beast. Which I think is best. Less weight on his joints and more quickness on D.
As long as he has not lost any strength. And it does not appear that he has.
