Jerami Grant is maybe my worst offseason take, and I had plenty of bad offseason takes!

Granted my Grant takes were based on reports he supposedly wanted to be *the* guy or *second* guy.

The dude is not playing like someone who wanted to be *the* main option! Selfless. Not just jacking shots ala CJ.

And I still love Hart.

I was a Stotts fan for almost a decade.....let Chauncey make the playoffs first. I think he'll become a better coach if he keeps it up but also.....Stotts never had this depth or these defenders to coach. Probably never know. .I still like Terry

Hopefully we're allowed to think Stotts was good and Billups is good!

Your roster comment is spot on.

Blazers Uprise Postgame Show!

Blazers 106, Pelicans 95!

The Blazers beat the Pelicans by a score of 106-95 to move to 4-1 on the road trip (9-3 on the season). Being without Damian Lillard, Jusuf Nurkic, and Shaedon Sharpe didn't hold Portland back, as Jerami Grant scored 27 points, Nassir Little had a season-high 15 points, and the Blazers played lock-down defense in the 2nd half.

Come talk about the game!

I liked Terry Stotts. He did a good job here, but, as usually happens, it was time to go. Just the way it works.
But, I will say, if Terry was Coach, I believe Dame would have played 40 minutes tonight.
That was always my main complaint with him, he drove Dame into the ground, and come post season, he was done after round one.
Hopefully, once GPII gets going, Dame can get game rest, in addition to management rest.

I never saw Stotts coach his ass off on the sidelines to get guys in position defensively. I also rarely saw Stotts choose to mix up the scheme defensively. The pick and roll defense was so atrocious.
