After all these years of getting doubled and pressured at half court, you would think Dame would be able to figure out how to effectively break it. Yet he continually lets it confound him. He keeps throwing lazy lob passes out of the doubles. They either get picked off or allows the defense to recover. You have to anticipate and be decisive with the pressure. Ant already handles the double at half court better than Dame.

I owe Stotts an apology for this.

The problem is, they are piling up.
No reason to be mad at blowing a 20 point game to the Kawhi/PG13-less Clippers.
No reason to be mad at letting a game slip away at home to the Nuggets.
No reason to be mad at letting the OKC Tankers get back-to-back wins against us.

Because unlike Portland's team salary situation, the Warriors being over the cap line would have incurred massive luxury tax penalties. This fact has been well reported.

you omitted that it's a road loss and I'd quibble about Wiggins being in their top 2 (Green is at least as important) but yeah, reality check for the team and fans. Whoopie! We're currently okay-ish!

That game showed both the strengths and weaknesses of this team. However it did so without very important pieces on both sides. Obviously, Nurk would have been the strongest post presence in that game while Steph, Wiggins and Wiseman would have given the Warriors more offense and some extra inside presence.

This game wasn't an indictment on the roster (plenty of games already have been) it was a crazy free for all that we lost by being the last team to give up a run.

Edit: It's important to note that I don't like the Dame/Ant back court. I think Nurk is a big that would have been an all star a few decades ago but is almost obsolete in today's game. I think this roster either needs to trade away its young assets to build better around Dame or hit reset and build around an Ant/Shaedon back court.

I think a night where Nurk, Justise and Keon were all out makes this game a little out of context. I also think if Chauncey and Joe take a good look in the mirror and think about what they're doing on the court that both Nurk and Ant or Dame aren't two guys that should be starting on their team let alone how sparse the roster is with guys who can win games the way they're trying to win them.
