End game? No one made a single field goal in the last 7:30 of the game yet it’s all Ant’s fault. Yeah, that makes since.

Hopefully Joe's staff has a handle on who'll be available and an A to Z list of options. the Raptors will probably break that team up but at this point we miss a guy like Melo shooting off the bench. Hopefully a younger cheaper one but I want a Jrue Holiday or Siakim or OG starting next to Dame and Grant.

Yes I have been saying that for much of the season - Dame and Amt play better WITHPOT each other and one needs to go! Does Cronin have the cajones? I frankly prefer its Dame because of age/contract but good luck with that
 
i think chauncey should have trusted the bench more tonight. there were playing well.

Simons, brick Simons brick Dame brick...game over ...that was the end game....that's when we could've taken it to overtime and it's not the first time....it was a choke job
 
Only guy a Dame trade might bring Portland is AD and one of the 27/29 picks LAL have. No way LAL do both. Nobody wants a guy on the decline needing 50M /year. Bring him off the bench, I really don't give a shit. Whatever gets you wins.

I don't see it. Any moves they could make now would have been easier/superior before the season started.
 
Get the next one...Chauncey said he has to look in the mirror and was glad to hear that...he isn't managing minutes and timeouts and challenges well so far.
 
They should consider selling the farm: Nurk, Hart, Dame, , Justise, Grant, and Payton. And Ant if it gets you picks. They desperately need picks. Ant and Grant would be grabbed for sure IMHO by teams going for a deep run.

Dame has had a couple of bad shooting games in a row but we've seen that before. The guy hasn't fallen off. Just look at his numbers this season. He's at an all NBA level. The way some of you have turned on him is embarrassing.

Some teams are going through exactly what we are and looking at the lottery already...Toronto might be one of them. The next draft is supposed to be really, really stacked so GMs will take that into consideration, and I think Joe with his new staff will have a handle on targets like OG, Siakim ....I'd love to get Markkanen from Utah but Ainge is a stingy bastard. Last summer they were excited to see how these guys would gel....now they know what's not working more than last summer....Grant, Sharpe , Walker and Payton were great moves...I just wonder at this point if Chauncey is the next Mo Cheeks.

yeah.....I was quoting Holton from the radio feed saying the bench scored 19......didn't mention when they scored 19 but sure...they didn't play the end game...that was not my point. Chauncey didn't handle the game well....that's why they didn't play more in the end

He ain't at all-nba level. Nobody would take his contract. He is not a top 1o player. Sorry. Go down the list: Dame or Ja? Dame or Curry? Dame or Luka? Dame or SGA? Dame or Brown? Dame or Kyrie? Dame or Mitchell? Dame or Harden? I don't think any of those players' teams would swap for Dame. Not a one.
 
This choke job down the stretch reminds me of Game 6 of the Western Conference Finals in 2000.
 
The whole NBA is kind of mediocre this season. So it really only matters which team is playing well going into the playoffs.

Dame over Mitchell and Kyrie by the end of the season. I'd rather have Dame than Curry right now just due to Dame having more games left in him. We'll see how it goes going forward but you and others turning on Dame like this when he's putting up the good numbers that he is...

I would give up Simons and whatever (not Sharpe) for OG and their pick.

He’s not all NBA. There are at least 7 guards better this year. Luka, Curry, Ja, SGA, Booker, Mitchell, and Fox.
