Grant's going to become the wedge issue on this roster moving forward that C.J. was.
I hope the Blazers have a handshake deal for him to come back, because losing him for nothing and not having the resources to replace what he gives you is a killer. That being said, he's barely worth what he makes now -- he looks like he's picked up Jusuf Lackofengagement Disease in the last 20 game with his questionable shot selection in the 2H of games and he seems to have stopped trying on defense; he just passed Ingram off to Dame constantly down the stretch.
The biggest problem with Grant, though, is he doesn't rebound. He doesn't rebound at all. When you're putting together a roster, you need to take that into consideration. Nurk can't be the only guy on your roster who rebounds. Even if you like Eubanks (although I wouldn't know why) or Watford more for their versatility, you have to make that sacrifice because otherwise you have a gaping hole in that composition of the team, and the Blazers do.
