I heard on the radio shaedon has inflamed knee. This is what im worried about. He needs to stop dunking and preserve his knees

I wouldn't doubt he has an inflamed knee but at least 9 of every 10 players in the NBA players have one at some point in the Season. Hardly because he is dunking.

The idea of watching this game makes my skin crawl but I'll probably end up doing it to watch Skylar Mays and Zach Collins.

Sometimes I do worry about SS breaking a wrist on some of his powerful dunks when he winds up. But damn they are fun to watch. For the majority of his dunks though I do prefer when he glides in with an "easy" throw down.

In 2 days when the Blazers play a playoff Clippers team Sharpes knee will have made a miraculous 100% recovery.

You almost have to bench Eubanks too. He likes sticking it to his former team.

Starting Butler at C increases the chances of losing

Who will Tank harder?

I may be wrong but I thought Spurs don't benefit from losing anymore because they're already one of the three worst teams, which all have equal lottery odds, even if they win all their remaining games. If my understanding is correct, then they're not really tanking

We don't need chances. We need a guaranteed loss. :hcp:

The only guaranteed loss is if Portland forfeits the game by not producing a 7 player minimum roster. But the league would throw a hissy fit and the commissioner would personally fire Cronin if he tried to cheat that badly.

Return of the Zach! He's gotta punish his former team tonight.

Shaq Harrison
Knox
Thybulle
Jabari
Butler

Jeenathan
That other dude we just signed

7 men rotation

That win against the Wolves might really end up costing us. Why do the Wolves have to be so fucking bad man.
I hated every second of it. This game would be far less stressful had we just taken care of business.

Talk about me not giving a single fuck about a Blazer game

I love that Sharpe is out because he’s too good

I'm just concerned about the psyche of those who play. Yeah you can play, we think you'll still lose to the Spurs.
They should get a chip on their shoulders about it, give the franchise the middle finger, and ball-out to win. Plus they are all playing for a job, so there's that. I'm sure they will play with all the energy they've got. And, I hope, lose.

I'd bet each and every one of them are delighted to play in the NBA tonight to show they belong... much better for their careers, probably, than playing a few minutes (or riding the bench altogether) on a better team.

Like summer league...trying out for 30 teams tonight.

No Sharpe or Thybulle tonight...a hard tank job

Keldon Johnson is playing. Spurs are not tanking.
Keldon didn’t play in their win in Sacramento.
(He’s the Spurs leading scorer for the season at 22ppg.)

Didn't somebody say we needed to sit Eubanks also to be sure of winning? Although starting Butler is a masterstroke of tanking.
