Even with his slight improvements game by game, he just does not pass the eye test. It's gonna be a few years before he's good IMO.

Billups wants him to be our #1 and he’s not that type of player.

I wish I saw something in Scoot that made me think he was going to turn it around, but...
He can't shoot.
He's a bad penetrator with a loose handle
He doesn't seem to have good court vision
He's a lot less athletic than advertized
He's not a good defender
The only reason he's getting minutes is because he was a hyped #3 pick (and Skylar Mays is an even worse PG)

Even in SL. It's like he makes one mistake and then loses all his confidence.

Good thing we didn’t prematurely trade Ant because both Shaedon and Scoot have both looked their ages. Ant will clearly be our best player when he comes back.
