Cronin has already proven (McCollum, Hart, Nurkic, Holliday, et al) that he will treat a player right if the respect is mutual. Whether Brogdon stays or goes in the long run, being/acting professional is in his best interests. The man ain't stupid....

Yeah it's interesting and great if true, only reason I add a qualifier is that there we rumors he was not very willing to do that at other teams he was on. Loe it if he has embraced that!

and after all was said and done he treated Dame right by trading him to Bucks
 
Whoa that is insane. Hope he is back sooner than expected. Losing the top scorer ain't good. Going to be a CRAZY season! I guess Shaedon starts now? Brogdon will be fine with more minutes.

wow.... things are sure off to a turbulent start to my blazers fandom...

its just been 1 regular season game yet so much has happened..

they can just stretch the minutes out between Scoot/Brogdon/Shae/Thybulle

but this leaves lots of questions still. whos the next man up? Rupert? or will we possibly see more Kris Murray trying to fill in more as a wing player than combo forward?

or are we gonna run up the Skylar Mays two-way contract games-active count right away? which seems likely

a solid test for the squad were facing adversity

after this, 6 out of the next 8 games are on the road..

I caught some of Orlando's first game Cole Anthony really played well..

I wonder though how Jerami Grant can handle Banchero...

Seeing Fultz vs Scoot should be fun too.. Scoot can take 15 shots per game now with no Simons around, so its a good thing they had him prepped to be the starting PG all preseason and not a backup, training wheels are off immediately with no Simons.

Long as Ayton gets more than 4FGA's ill be happy. We really might need Ayton to hit a 3 if the floor spacing goes sour without Simons around...

He could also be listening to his agent. One would think, like Grant this past offseason, teams would be willing to overpay for a veteran that is willing to teach youth.
 
I got an extra ticket for tonight’s game if anyone wants to go. I’ll be taking the max down and can meet in front of MODA. 300 level, nothing fancy, but rather someone go than it go to waste. Let me know :)
 
I have a few more games that I have an extra ticket for too, so let me know. Next week as well as the Remix opening night.
 
Here's the thing..... Blazer fans by and large are extremely fickle. People stopped coming and blamed it on the Jail Blazers, but they didn't come back when the Jail Blazers were gone. They didn't start coming back until Roy and LMA showed up and started winning.
