sharpe looking good and Grant led a fast break

and am I the only one who thinks there are too many lay-ins for the bad guys when Ayton is on the floor?

Shaedon's handles are better but he really needs to work on his shot selection

Well it's not so bad...only 8 down at half. Sure not protecting the rim...why is Ayton not getting much burn again?

That's a lot when your the Blazers these days.

Foul trouble. He is not doing much with the time he is getting.

Wiz, Orlando is seemingly getting to the cup at will. 34 to 22 points in the paint differential and 11 to 6 from the free throw line. Their young bigs are just better than our young smalls right now.

Suggs is lightening quick.

give ayton 15 fgas in a half please.. betcha he has more than 13 points! cant blame ayton when sharpe has 15 fgas n 0 fta's!

Well coached Jazz team with a huge talent discrepancy playing the Clips tough into the 4th

Why is it that this team picks up coaches you are supposed to be promising assistant coaches, and they aren't really good coaches?

Maurice Cheeks was supposed to be the next thing, and he was a horrible coach. Billups was supposed to be a good teacher/coaching talent, and he's meh at best.

Sharpe just so effortless. Has a B-Roy feel about him.

This team cant win 20 games with sharpe taking all these shots n getting 0 free throw attempts tho.. This is very far from high powered nba offense were seeing..

completely exhausting that Ayton isnt getting the ball..

"they're gonna play hard"

"that's all I can ask"

um, how about play smart too?

yeah, I think there are some unrealistic views among some fans on how long this rebuild will take, and how far away the team currently is from being competitive

Scoot has a lot talent but he's 19 and playing the most difficult position in the league. Sharpe is talented as well, but he's a long ways from being all-star level. The ceilings for both are miles above where they are right now. Brogdon is probably the best overall player, but I sure can't get a bead on whether or not he figures into the long term plan....or even if Portland has a long term plan

all things considered, I don't believe Ayton is a significant upgrade over Nurkic. And when Jermai Grant is far and away the best forward, a team has some issues. And Chauncey hasn't really showed any acumen as a coach

going to be a lot of nights like last night
Yeah, this is the third year in the rebuild/tank mode and were probably looking at at least 3-4 more years to reach that mediocre category.

Scoot should have passed the ball on thst straight line drive.

Scoot is playing like he's practicing against players who suck at defense, and doesn't realize he can't make sloppy passes or go up soft.

Actually, everyone is playing like that.

Watching Grant is giving me a headache. He’s playing like someone that just got the bag and knows that he’ll most likely be traded at the deadline.

Yeah, shitty to be that way after getting paid
