He's almost done. Not much left in the tank. He can't carry them like he used to.
Can't wait till he is retired.

Seems to be an ongoing question this season.Where was Shaedon Sharpe down the stretch?
Box score looks pretty bad.Scoot looked great. Regardless of box score, the team is better managed with Scoot rather than Ant. I thought Ant looked good for his first game but reinforces even more when he needs to beat super sub in the long run.
Loved Shae, Scoot, Tou and Bari. Kris Murray looked pretty competent too.
I wish there was a downvote/dislike option on here.everybody is asking where Sharpe was in the 4thQ...well, he in the corners watching Simons go full-tilt-iso-dribble-frenzy-on-steroids. MeJ reincarnated. I kept track: 9 straight possessions for Portland in the last 6 minutes and it was all Simons trying to create. No team offense, just Ant doing his thing and doing it poorly. Sharpe didn't touch the ball; not once. In fact, I think the only time Sharpe touched the ball in the last 6 minutes was when he got fouled or grabbed a rebound.
Simons 27 shots in 37 minutes; Sharpe 18 shots in 42 minutes. Ant completely froze Sharpe out of the offense in the 4th Q. I sure the fuck hope this isn't a sign of things to come because it will be pretty damn boring unless you're a giant fan of Ant

That April game against the Dubs is a loss you can count on. I think Malcolm should be traded tomorrow if he can pass a physical. With that said, we might win at least one of those two upcoming December games against the Warriors, we'll probably get a win or two out of the games we have with the Wizards and Spurs, hell maybe even three wins in those games but just looking at our schedule and projecting what Joe will do with this roster by the trade deadline I think this month will contend with November as the month we get our most wins this season.Man, I don’t mind losses this season but these games vs the Warriors are the ones you want to get. We get them 2 more times this month and again in April.

You liked Simons taking over the offense?I wish there was a downvote/dislike option on here.
Yeah, I think our back court of the future is Scoot and Shae. I think Ant should be moved but I'm not convinced Joe and Chauncey are on board with that, so that might be as painful as MeJ was. Hopefully Shaedon is so great it makes Joe pivot but I was hoping for that with Neil regarding CJ for way too long.everybody is asking where Sharpe was in the 4thQ...well, he in the corners watching Simons go full-tilt-iso-dribble-frenzy-on-steroids. We went away from what was winning games and it was like we were right back in the Dame/tiny lineup/iso offense. I don't like it. This is why I haven't been excited to get Simons back. I'm not at all in love with running Scoot/Simons/Sharpe.
I'd give value for him.I'll say Kuminga did impress me mightily. I'd consider rescuing him.
For anything of value? No. But I do like him.
Blazer broadcasting loved Anfernee's 28 point night. We need to do what we're told. It was an "incredible" performance. So many positive things to talk about.everybody is asking where Sharpe was in the 4thQ...well, he in the corners watching Simons go full-tilt-iso-dribble-frenzy-on-steroids. MeJ reincarnated. Box score looks pretty bad.
Shae got clobbered a couple of times on his drives, but no fouls.Game isnt all about the box score, learn the game then post. Toumani was a beast on Defense. I see the scoot flashes iono if everyone else does. Bari had lots of good plays too. We just got whooped by fouls. Some deserved some not so much.
I was curious how they were going to use Ant. I just didn't expect him to take 27 shots and dribble away the 4th Q in his 1st game back....
it's not like the Blazer offense was good before tonight, but letting Ant try and dominate 1-on-1 sure isn't going to improve it
Ant's D was passible tonight. This is not unusual considering Ant is from "old" team and has it ISO, no D habits. I hope he Billups fix him straight after this or trade him.
Ant's D was passible tonight.
I was actually somewhat surprised once or twice when I saw a nice crisp well-timed rotation & then realizing it was Simons
too bad Steph walked Ant down to the FT line and splatted the game over step back 3 ball. It was almost going to be a good defensive game by Simons.Ant's D was passible tonight.
