Banton leads the team in minutes for the second consecutive night, Tied with Simons tonight. Is it because he is so versatile on a shorthanded team? Or Chanucy just likes him?

Ayton with 30/19...outstanding!
Banton follows up 30 points from last night with 25/7/4 on 16 shots.
Scoot with 13/5
Camara with 15/9/4
Thybulle with 13/4/4/4
Ant with 23/4/7

That was a fun game to watch with the kids contributing all over.

Looked like during those last Toronto free throws Roy was trying to remind Chauncey we were supposed to be losing, and Chauncey pointed at the Raptor missing the free throw like, we couldn't lose if we wanted to.

That Whiteside guy, ruining the tank. Time for an abdominal strain.

Amazing that Ayton ended up with 30 because I don't think he made a jump shot after the first quarter. Maybe one early in the second?

big picture, a loss would have been a better outcome.

but when the opponent doesn't score their 1st bucket in OT until there are only 30 seconds left...beating them is just about inevitable

Anyone upset with Ant and Ayton playing a lot of minutes, please remind me of the value we got out of all those Skylar Mays, Kevin Knox, Jeenathan Williams, Trendon Watford, Justin Minaya, John Bulter, and Chase Camanche minutes last year.

Ayton beasted and got only 1 foul at the end of the game...that's effiecient. How many 7 ftrs can play that many minutes without any foul trouble?

I don't really get upset about winning a game this year, I knew last year that we had to get into the top three in the lottery. This year.......

We moved up to the third spot in the draft and therefore had more to choose from. Weird that this has to be explained.

I'm starting to warm up to Chauncey with the way all his mismatched rosters have been scrapping reecently even in losses. I'm starting to see what sort of team we'll have under his coaching and I've gotta say, he's getting results. He's not afraid to give guys a lot of rope

speaking of Banton, I wonder if the more interesting stat is that Chauncey played him 80 minutes the last 2 games

We're in a better lottery position this year than we were last year and actually playing some guys that might have value to the franchise or on the trade market. Seems like a win win to me.

Perhaps he feels Blanton’s career might echo his own in that he bounced around a couple homes before it all finally clicked?

The post Siakam/Anunoby look is not good for Toronto.
It is going to be rough but especially so tonight with several starters out.

Lamar saying that Toronto is 2nd in the league in assist percentage. Adding to the many years of data showing there is no correlation between assists and winning.

In fact, the top four teams in assist percentage are all in the bottom half of their conferences.
Seems like not having a go-to scorer might be related.

Toronto looks set to lose every game the rest of the year. Top 6 keeps their pick
Next draft looks better. Rather give it now. I don't think even the #1 pick is all that great this year.

I think Banton is worth keeping.
I think he's got some nerve trying to hang a career game on us.

Raptors cut it to 5
big ovation, lots of Canadians bought tickets tonight
There were many, the Canadian broadcast showed several of them. But the two guys in Raptors retro jackets courtside were from Ireland.

Ayton cleaning up, Toronto can't stop the big guy
Ayton has 40 rebounds in 2 games vs Toronto
I felt bad he missed that game winner. Could use some good vibes here and there.

Michael Porter Jr. little brother gets some run
We like him a lot, actually. Smart player. I would like to see him get more minutes.

Fun game, we were the better team, and now we get a chance to lose? This might be the perfect night!
I thought before the game you guys look like a bunch of winners!

Perfect situation for him really. Free license to run wild like Hulkamania. I think knowing he won't be yanked after missing two jump shots in a row he's got some confidence back in his shot.

how do you guys keep finding all these blazer-related tweets so fast....is there some kind of twitter search engine?
Friend of mine sent me this one. I rarely search for tweets, you just need to follow the right people who retweet good stuff, I guess.
