I expect Chauncey to be fired at this point. Game management 101....he just doesn't seem to have a clue..just throwing shit at a wall and seeing what sticks. Our talent is looking sleepy.

I hope so, if Cronin does not move some of these guys he needs to go as well, and he probably waited too long as what value they had has tanked, utter incompetency

I'd like to see Billups clear the bench for the entire fourth quarter; I am kind of tired watching these guys.

He’s much prefer collecting a check instead of navigating the mess Joe created, I’m sure.

Shae, Scoot and the Blazers had a great first quarter! Then the bottom fell out.

How is Deni Avdija not in the starting lineup and playing 35 minutes a game (in a non-blowout) ??

There are a lot of things that don't make sense, but that's probably the biggest head-scratcher.

According to a certain poster who gets rumors right a fraction of a time he may or may not be in his way out soon.

didn't watch...don't plan on watching much the rest of the way till the deadline. Doesn't look like I missed anything interesting tonight. Game thread less than 3 pages long so it looks like my apathy about the Blazers is a wide spread condition

Jody + Joe + Chauncey = disaster

I've been told we clearly need to showcase Grant.... I'm not sure really what the ultimate goal is though. Seems almost as useful as stealing underwear

Why only until the deadline? We have Grant locked up on a $160 million contract until 2028 and can give Khris Murray an extension in the summer of 2026.

This would be a much closer game if the Blazers got some calls. It’s way too obvious the refs favor the Mavericks.
It would have been a much closer game if we had as much talent on this roster as the Mavs do. Refs had absolutely NOTHING to do with the outcome of this game.

Games like tonight actually have me super impressed Billups has got this roster to 9 wins with only 20 losses so far this season.

By the time we get to 19 wins we might be lucky to only have 60 losses though.

I stopped paying attention. They give us no reason to care. And again, this seems to be the norm.

At the rate Grant is going we'd be lucky to get a 2nd rounder for him. He must really really want to stay in Portland after all.

Honestly, do we have a single guy on our roster who is even a top 60-70 player in the NBA right now? It's kind of remarkable.

I'm not sure who our best player actually is at this point. Maybe Deni. But he's no better than the 70ish range at best.

Finished watching the Beavs' miraculous comeback, switched over to check the score, and went to find something better to do. I used to never miss a game and now, man.

It's kind of sickening.

Grant is a 30-year-old starter who is #1 in minutes per game, dead last in 2-point %, and only ahead of Scoot Henderson in true shooting % (rotation players).

To make matters worse, what does he do well consistently besides 3-point shooting (and FT%) ?

I wasn’t able to watch from the hospital, so these are real questions and not bitches.

1. Is Clingan still on a minutes restriction?

2. Is there a reason Sharpe only played 24 minutes? Was the game out of reach early?
