Simon’s is hurting his trade value. We’ll probably hold onto him too long and not get squat in return like we did the other guards.

I’ve always said, a good GM identifies whether a player fits long term and maximizes trade value.

I'd be fine with Clingan and Duop as our centers, with Timelord as third string if he can get healthy.
 
Blazers did a very poor job of taking advantage of their major height advantage on the offense end after Chet went out.

What's interesting is despite Ant not playing well, the Blazers have had their most success tonight with him on the floor.

It was a mistake giving him that 25mil/yr contact. No other team was going to offer close to that and he was a restricted free agent. Now Simons thinks he's the first or second option and he has less trade value on that salary.
 
I'm fine with losing.

I'm not fine with losing because certain guys don't even try and we make the same mistake over and over and over again.

I don't know what Billups adds to the rebuild. Yes, we're bad with him. But are our younger guys learning?

Murray's lazy, totally incompetent offensive game (shooter who can't even make FTs) make me look forward to the day he's a throw-in to some trade that gets him off my team. Gosh awful.
 
Chet is starting to get those reputation fouls.

I think front offices around the league have always been aware what kind of player Ant is. How he's played in 5 games this year is unlikely to move the needle either direction.
 
You can’t expect a team to come back from 20 twice in a fucking game.

Random variance when there are 10 players in the floor, that's why +/- is useless in small sample sizes.
 
That’s one way to get Simons off the floor. Going for a poster dunk down 25.

I have never seen a team more lucky than this OKC team. There's not a fan base less deserving than these ingrates either.
