And winning!Shae is out there basically playing 1 on 5
Too late the Raptors already sat all of their rotation players. Maybe their scrubs can make a 16-0 run in this last 3 minutes. Otherwise another terrible win that does nothing but hurt our future. Is Billups actually trying to lose, for maybe the first time? Got to get Sharpe out.
I was thinking they should play him at least 20 minutes in the second half to ensure the proper outcome.
get used to itI really enjoy watching Sharpe and Avdija running down the court together.
He doesn't look like he wants to play basketball, IMO. It's almost like he played because Keegan played and was good enough but there are other things he'd like to be doing with his time. I just can't recall a player that was successful at a big-time college program in a big-time conference who played more than a year come into the NBA and look like the only time he plays ball is when he gets into actual games. His lack of skill and an inconceivable amount of negative confidence is unique.
The first proper tank of the season.I've noticed that the "Rip City Wrap up" wasn't on today. Did they finally shit-can that show?
Problem with Simons as a ball dominant player is he doesn't make other guys better. From my perspective he tends to make other guys worse. Can we please get that Sharpe attitude all of next year. He looks so different when Simons is not playing next to him. Not meant to be a knock on Simon’s but for some reason Sharpe defers when he’s on the court with him.
Tonight Sharpe was thinking there isn’t a single player on the court better than me and he was right!

Nique CliffordIn games without Simons, Sharpe is 29/5/3 across seven games. Small sample size but having the ball clearly matters.
In the same way that Z-Bo simply limited LaMarcus despite being a good player himself, I think Simons might be doing the same and would probably even thrive elsewhere.
Maybe you trade Simons to his hometown, Orlando, and grab Rasheer Flemming with their pick.

Real posts don't need exclamation points!!You see. We think alike but I just add an exclamation point to it!
It just cemented the 9th instead of 8th best odds in the lottery. No way to catch the Spurs now.Another fun game to watch!

Yes the difference for a top pick is negligible but the 9th cannot get the 5,6,7,8 slots. It’s a lottery for a reason though. Im in the camp of positive improvement is more valuable to our young team than moving from 9th to 8th in the lottery. If we still had a chance at number one? I might feel different, but i went into this season believe this team was far too talented to go for the worst record. I felt the young guys would improve significantly, which I think they have done.
What percent does that equate to in that range? How much less of a chance for a top 3? 5%? I don't know, i am asking, but without knowing, i find it hard to believe it is anything of significance.
