Crazy that after this Spurs game 3 of our following 4 games are against Minnesota.

We could really see the Blazers drop quite a few games in the next month. The Blazers only bad opponent in the following 13 games is Atlanta, who are bad but not terrible. Might be a lot of losses on our record when we get to December.

Yeah I remember around when they won that first title in the lockout 1999 season there were discussions and rumors that he was just going to coach for one more year or something then move exclusively into the front office. Never would of imagined he'd eventually end up possibly coaching the most games in NBA history.

Well yes, getting Jerami Grant back to All Star level is a top priority for Billups.

Nobody can do what he does. I guess.

It's kinda weird when role players like Simons and Grant are just given minutes, while a guy like Dalano Banton, who seems right now to be a better player than Simons, has played 1/6 the minutes that Simons has.

Simons seems to have regressed from last season and forgotten or unlearned how to approach a game-ending shot. Banton seems to know better when and how to make his move. With his height I don't think he will be reluctant (or unable) like Simons to take a mid-range shot if that's the best option.
