I'm afraid it's going to be midnight for NC State. I just don't see them beating South Carolina.

UConn/Iowa should be a good one. Auriemma has enough championship rings for every finger. Iowa wanting their first.

Crazy to me to think that we could actually have the same pair of schools in the finals of both tournaments. Very unlikely, obvs. That said, I definitely want both Edey and Clark to win their respective matchups.

Also--as phenomenal as Caitlyn Clark is, it's amazing to me how the nation just completely forgot about Paige Bueckers' existence after her series of injuries. Kinda makes me hope UConn pulls the upset (but not really).
 
Bueckers missed last year's NCAA. Just like playoffs in pro sports, a lot of people only start paying attention in tournament. She is a phenomenal player. Women's college basketball will still be good next year.
 
The Beavs are losing Talia Von Olehaffen (sp?) to the transfer portal. Shit.
 
Iowa/LSU ratings topped every game of 2023 World Series and all but one game of 2023 NBA Finals.
 
South Carolina up by one point over NC State at the half.

What idiot scheduled Iowa/UConn to start at 9:30 PM in the Eastern US?
 
Iowa/UConn tied after 3 quarters. Iowa has missed a shot ton of layups.
 
Wild finish. Iowa up four but two late turnovers and a UConn three. UConn then turned over with chance to take lead. Clark hit one free throw and missed second - was it deliberate? Because Iowa got the ball back. Clark threw it in off UConn player, now less than a second left, Iowa ball. Inbound and hung on.
 
Guess you kind of have to root for the underdog. Wondering if NC State can beat Purdue?
 
Edey is so slow but still the first pick of the second round
 
The only reason you'd draft Edey is if you think he could guard Wemby. Since nobody can, I don't see the point.
