I am about to say something that might get some annoyed but for me and going into next season only 2 people who are close to untouchable -- Deni and DC. The rest I would be open to moving if the right deal presents itself and could say more but watching this game just highlights the issues with this team. Also Dame returning only helps in the shooting cause this team has the same issues as when he left only with a little more scoring but the defense is still built on quick sand.
I agree, and one of those people who wants the whole roster to stay if possible; the closer Deni and Donovan get on the court, the more I see that you want to build around them, and you gotta make decisions with their game in mind.

As one ot his loudest critics, even i can admit how impactful and awesome DC has been lately.

Engagement on defense, his aggression on the boards, vocal leadership.... nice! Winning qualities.

We need to figure out how to keep him on the floor when teams attack him dropping. Gobert is a good model.

Also.... what to do about these damn turnovers.

The solution seems to be to just chuck our way out of a bad turnover spell. Not really sustainable against good teams.

Why is that funny? Top to bottom they are a more talented team than us. That’s funny though?

Top to bottom????? Are you really serious? This is an absolutely laughably bad and wrong take. Every player on the Wolves is better than Deni? Than Jrue? Than Grant? Than Scoot? Etc..etc....they have more talent than any of those guys???? Gobert is more talented than Clingan? Did you happen to check the stats for each of them? But yeah, "top to bottom" they are a more talented team. Ahahahahaahahahaahahahahahaahaha

That's not what "top to bottom" means.

That team is more talented from their best player to their worst without question.
Fact remains on any given night, any team in the NBA can win a game against any other team. The overall talent level is very high.
In a seven game series Portland loses that series 10 out of 10 times.
looking at one game of stats tells me you are not really paying attention.

You typed all those words simply to let everybody on here know that you don’t know what , “top to bottom” means?

Well put sir.

He gets cooked by everybody

You have posted some stupid ass comments before, but you outdid yourself on this one.
I read this before I watched the game, so I was focused on it. Randal scored twice on Camara in the 4th quarter, on two tough shots. But that was pretty much all Tou gave up in 34 minutes. Time to find another agenda to push.

Tough win by the Blazers on the road. They overcame some pretty tough calls by the officials. I don't mind the bad calls in live action, but to watch a replay for about 5 minutes and then to reverse it by determining that the contact on Grant's 3-ball was incidental was hard to believe. Now, if they called them all that way, I would not have a problem. But they don't.

Great game by Grant, Deni, and DC.

Fantastic gritty win by these guys. I did believe that Grant should have been called on kicking his legs out on that one though to be honest. He doesn’t ever spread his legs out on a normal shot. I was honestly surprised they went with a jump ball. The calls usually seem to even themselves out though. Great road W!

Wow, you have a lot of ass-kissers here. Haha. I just think it's weird, funny and kind of off that you constantly jump on so many posts and say something like, "that other team has talent, ours doesn't."

Perhaps the referees strongly disagreed among themselves in the two different directions, thus the time it took, and the ruling of "incidental contact" (no foul either way) and a jump ball.

That's a better outcome than the referees brawling.
Or is it? :smiley-lol_hitting: Jump ball, or referee brawl?

they were both doing stuff that warranted a foul both ways, so might as well cancel it out and try again.

People aren't kissing his ass they're pointing out that your post was nonsense.

Also, the reason that we are struggling to get to .500 and have 17 teams in the league with a better record than us is because those teams have more developed talent than we do. If all of the players in the league were healthy, including Shaedon and post Achilles Dame, we'd probably have 20 teams ahead of us in terms of wins and losses because that's where we're at in terms of accumulated and developed talent.

So when someone says we lost to or even beat a team that has a better roster or is more talented than us they're going to be right most of the time because by my estimation we're in the bottom third of the league when it comes to developed talent.

It's fair for you to disagree but acting like that's a pessimistic point of view or inaccurate will leave you looking foolish, especially when you call people agreeing with that point of view ass kissers.
