Going into tonight's game against Milwaukee, the Blazers had the same record as last year at this point, 7-10. I think this team is better than last year's team, but the West is strong.

No more tanking. This team plays hard and is going for the win every night.

Interesting to me is that almost the whole team is shooting over 50% from 2 pt range for the season.
Not so well from 3. However, Grant is around 42%

so it kind of looks like the NBA has incrementally been calling fewer and fewer fouls over the years. So far, this season is looking like an aberration. Now, I don't have any numbers to support this but my suspicion is that fouls are called more often at the beginning of seasons as officials try and enforce new rules and influence player action. So, that number may drop over the course of the season. Be interesting to re-visit this in March
