Toumani, Kris and Caleb played 64 minutes between them and managed a total of 1 point.
Caleb managed to be -18 in his 12 minutes. Next worst was Sharpe with -9, albeit in 35 minutes.

You can see how good this team could be if they just had one more guy. If they could just replace Murray or Cissoko or Love's minutes. Without full health though, the rotation is always going to have weak links. Our depth is awful.

Deni is incredible. I also like that he seems fucking COMPETITIVE as hell. 3-4 times this game he got visibly angry at terrible calls and terrible effort by his team. Would not be surprised if he sits the next game due to injury.

We might want to bring Yang back from the Remix for the next game. Let Duop back up Grant and Yang back up Rob..givee Duop all Murray's minutes.

Can we leave Murray in Detroit? Hes not that far from Cedar Rapids
28 minutes, 0/6. And a 3 possession stretch where he won Detroit the game.

This is a 12th man at best. He's not even young either. You could definitely pick up a vet on the minimum that can contribute more.

On the plus side, Sidy was a dumbfounding +12 in his 22 minutes.
Toumani, Sidy and Kris all fouled out in a grand total of 74 minutes. That's about 1 foul every 3 minutes.

Doesn't feel like we will ever be healthy. This team is cursed. I don't see another team dealing with this many Injuries.

Jeez, so he fucked up in the fourth. He had some good hustle plays earlier. Not many Blazers looked great tonight. Detroit will do that to you.

Don’t blame Murray for this loss. Sharpe took 25 shots and made only 10. He was 1of 8 from three. He shot Portland out of the game.

Our Remix team has better players

They were saved by Duncan Robinson (shooter). I don't blame Murray, he had a bad night and was expected to shoot, but couldnt. The roster is currently flawed - I can commend when ppl step up, but I cant be too critic when they can't outperform their role..
We need consistent shooting. Deni has a lot of focus on him now and if his passes translated into shooting assists the games would turn much easier for everyone.

This team will be immeasurably better when we acquire a forward that gets Kris Murray off the roster. I've heard of players that it's like playing 4-on-5 when they're on the floor. He's like playing 3-on-5. He's so bad that he actually negates another one of your own players.

His play down the stretch tonight ranks among his worst showings ever. Two badly-missed 3s weren't even the worst part of it. Brainlessly throwing away an easy inbound in a tie game and immediately following that up with an illegal screen? You have to be kidding me.

I really think he wants to be out of the NBA. I really do. He shows no emotion and has shown practically no improvement in his career. This has to be his last year with the Blazers. He just doesn't bring anything to the table.

Since Deni has the Blazer record for most FTs hit in a five game stretch; I'm guessing with his 14 tonight, now he has the record for a 6 game stretch.

Murray only took two shots.

Give the Murray-moaners Blake Hinson instead. People only seem to see Kris's mistakes, not all the hustle plays and little things he does the rest of the time.

Murray had as many turnovers and fouls as he had rebounds and shots tonight -- 8.

He should have been gone this past summer. Should have kept Jabari over him. Another screw up for Cronin.

Great call from @Travis Demers

He really seemed to settle into a great balance between his play by play duties and some great back and forth with Lamar in that second half. Also, I really appreciated him letting us know about that made free throw from Shaedon when the highlight took us away from the live action, that gets left out a lot.

Murray gave Duncan one of those open threes because he decided to double another player when it made no sense.

And if it was up to him, he would've taken none. His shooting confidence is in the toilet right now.
His shooting confidence has always been in the toilet. He's shooting career highs from 3 and the line this year -- 29.3 and 66.7. Those are the best averages of his career.
